Qiangsheng: compare the actual hydrogen process cases
Three named fresh- and recycle-hydrogen examples, with inlet-volume and force boundaries, inspection planning and destination support.
浙江强盛压缩机制造有限公司 · WENZHOU
Reciprocating compression selected for a defined process
The official profile dates the company to 1998 and names its predecessor, Wenzhou Qiangsheng Petrochemical Machinery. Its current legal name appears in the China General Machinery Industry Association’s member list as of 31 December 2024.
The portfolio includes process gas, cryogenic receiving-terminal compression, natural-gas stations and auxiliaries. The three existing selections below are two fresh-hydrogen examples and one recycle-hydrogen example.
NAMED MODEL → EXPLICIT PARAMETER → MEASUREMENT BASIS
Compare the actual inlet and discharge conditions
Published examples; m³/min is volume at inlet conditions, not Nm³/min
Fresh hydrogen: define the source and receiving process
For the 4M80 and 4M50 examples, give hydrogen analysis, source variation, inlet temperature, process pressure and normal/minimum/maximum flow cases. The model page’s published customer association does not certify another order.
Exact 4M50-21.45/18-195 model-page image; adjacent 4M50 duties are different.Exact 2D80-25/168-202 model-page image, without inferred power.
Recycle hydrogen: define the loop mixture and envelope
The2D80example starts at much higher suction pressure. Give composition range, loop conditions, contaminants/liquid risk, make-up/purge and start-up/turndown cases.
Equal frame force does not imply equal cylinders, stages, driver or capacity. Each offer needs its actual gas-duty calculation.
CAPABILITY ILLUSTRATION ≠ YOUR ACCEPTANCE RECORD
Connect inspection capability to the actual quality plan
The equipment page shows spectrometry, dimensional measurement, ultrasonic inspection, hydrostatic and helium leak testing, plus load/mechanical-running monitoring. Define which apply to your materials, cylinders, gas path and assembled train.
Official helium leak-test stand illustration. No detection limit or completed order result inferred.
Four items to put in the test agreement
Traceability: material identification, critical parts and actual inspection holds.
Mechanical: running conditions, alignment, vibration/pulsation and protection checks.
Tightness: test medium, pressure, procedure and agreed leakage threshold.
Gas duty: capacity/input measurement, reference conditions, tolerances and factory/site acceptance.
A photographed instrument or general certification claim does not supply the signed test results of the proposed machine.
Freeze interfaces and support before the purchase order
Package and installation
Actual driver, cylinders/stages, pulsation vessels, lubrication/cooling, seals and vents, P&ID, utilities, instruments/interlocks, foundation/nozzle loads and removal/access drawings.
Commissioning and maintenance
Attendance, training, manuals, acceptance records, critical spares and maintenance scope. General response wording needs an actual destination agreement.
Warranty and responsibility
Define installation/operating conditions, start date, exclusions, local support, spare lead times and responsibility for compressor, auxiliaries and process piping.
Questions that change a hydrogen comparison
Can the inlet flow be compared directly with an Nm³/min offer?
No. Convert using actual gas composition and inlet pressure/temperature, with the agreed normal reference. The published examples do not fully supply that basis.
Do 800 kN gas force and 630 kN piston force mean800kW?
No. They are two mechanical-force quantities. Motor and absorbed/package input require the actual selected gas-duty calculation.
Does a cryogenic BOG project establish hydrogen-machine suitability?
No. Gas, materials, temperature range and package arrangement differ. Obtain the selected hydrogen machine’s own datasheet and acceptance scope.
