Specification pages
Specify the duty, then RFQ the plants that can build it
These pages are buyer-intent duties — kW, bar, application — not another supplier directory. Catalog rows still come from published plants. Missing nameplate fields stay confirm-on-RFQ.
We do not help you browse another China compressor list. Each row is a duty you can put on a PO. Open it, check the RFQ points, send the same English sheet to matching plants.
Parameter duties
| Duty | What to write | |
|---|---|---|
| 75 kW 8 bar rotary screw compressor | 75 kW at 8 bar(g) is a common plant-air point. FAD is not a brochure range — it is the flow at that pressure, after the cooler, for the voltage you actually run. | Open |
| 110 kW 10 bar rotary screw compressor | 10 bar(g) is not 8 bar with a different sticker. FAD falls as pressure rises. Write 110 kW and 10 bar together, then the flow you need at that point. | Open |
| 22 kW VSD screw compressor | 22 kW VSD is a flow band, not a single nameplate FAD. The plant needs min/max flow at the working pressure, or it will quote a fixed-speed machine with an inverter sticker. | Open |
| 13 bar rotary screw compressor | 13 bar(g) is a laser and textile pressure, not a general 8 bar plant. Write FAD at 13 bar and the kW the site can feed. | Open |
| 30 bar oil-free compressor | 30 bar oil-free is usually a booster after a 7–10 bar oil-free screw, or a dedicated high-pressure skid. Write the staging. Do not ask for a 8 bar plant to “turn it up”. | Open |
| 40 bar PET compressor | PET blowing at 40 bar(g) is a high-pressure oil-free duty. Cavities, bottle volume and recovery pressure size the skid — not the word “PET compressor”. | Open |
| Class 0 oil-free compressor | Class 0 means a stated test method at a stated point in the air system. An oil-free airend without a paper is not Class 0 on this desk. | Open |
| 50 Hz 380 V screw compressor | Chinese plants build 50 Hz 380 V packages every day. They cannot retag a 60 Hz 460 V nameplate in the quotation without a motor change. Write the supply first. | Open |
Technology
| Duty | What to write | |
|---|---|---|
| Rotary screw compressor manufacturers in China | China already has more screw-compressor storefronts than a buyer can audit. This desk lists manufacturing plants against a duty sheet — kW, bar(g), FAD — and routes one English RFQ. | Open |
| Oil-free screw compressor manufacturers in China | Oil-free screw is a different factory from oil-injected screw. Dry airends and water-lubricated airends are also different quotes. Name the architecture. | Open |
| Centrifugal compressor manufacturers in China | Centrifugal machines are duty-built. A 250 kW “centrifugal compressor China” RFQ without gas, suction and discharge pressure cannot be quoted. | Open |
| Piston compressor manufacturers in China | Piston packages in China run from workshop portables to API-style process recips. Those are not one RFQ. Write pressure stages and whether the air must be oil-free. | Open |
| Refrigeration screw compressor manufacturers in China | A refrigeration screw is not an air screw with different oil. Write refrigerant, Te, Tc and capacity. kW alone is not a duty. | Open |
| Process gas compressor manufacturers in China | Process gas is not plant air. Molecular weight, suction pressure, discharge pressure and flow size the machine. A kW from an air catalogue is unused. | Open |
Applications
| Duty | What to write | |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor for PET bottle blowing | Bottle blowing is a high-pressure oil-free process. The blower OEM’s pressure and the cavity count size the compressor, not the word PET. | Open |
| Compressor for laser cutting | Laser tables do not run on 8 bar workshop air. Pressure, dryness and oil content sit in the OEM warranty. Copy those numbers onto the RFQ. | Open |
| Compressor for a food factory | Food air is a validation file. Class, test point and treatment matter as much as kW. A general 8 bar screw without papers is not a food quote. | Open |
| Compressor for a pharmaceutical plant | Pharma procurement is a document pack: IQ/OQ support, material certs, residual oil. The machine is the easy part if the RFQ lists the papers. | Open |
| Compressor for a textile factory | Jet looms and spinning do not share a pressure. Write the machine OEM’s bar(g) and the hall FAD, then 50 Hz voltage for most Asian mills. | Open |
| Compressor for mining | Site air at altitude is not a 7 bar catalogue FAD. Diesel vs electric, hose length and ambient change the machine. | Open |
| Compressor for CNC machines | Machine tools need dry, stable 7–8 bar air. Size from the cell, not from a round kW number a vendor likes to sell. | Open |
| Compressor for wastewater treatment | Most aeration trains want low-pressure blowers. If this RFQ is actually 7–8 bar plant air for valves and instruments, say so — it is a different machine from a maglev blower. | Open |
Procurement
| Duty | What to write | |
|---|---|---|
| How to specify an air compressor | If the RFQ only says “compressor, China”, a plant cannot price it. Start with architecture, then the duty point, then the papers. | Open |
| Compressor RFQ — one English duty sheet | The product is not a directory row. The product is a duty sheet a plant can quote against — and the same sheet sent to more than one works. | Open |
| Compressor procurement checklist | A $1,500 workshop piston and a $100,000 oil-free skid do not share a checklist. This page is for industrial packages bought from Chinese plants on an English duty sheet. | Open |
| FOB compressor from China | FOB is the default industrial quote: the plant packs and clears export, you nominate the forwarder. CIF is a landed-cost option with freight as a separate line. | Open |
Not on a spec page: If the duty is not listed, write it. Voltage and frequency matter as much as bar.
