Technical: architecture, bar(g), FAD, kW, voltage, cooling, ISO class. Commercial: quantity, Incoterm, payment the plant will accept, lead time as a factory slot. Risk: certificates that exist, FAT, third-party inspection, packing, HS 8414, wood treatment, spares for 12–24 months, warranty in writing.

Send the completed duty sheet and ask the plant for certificates, inspection records and packing details applicable to the quoted machine.

Does CompressorB2B inspect the factory?

Not as a default service. Inspection is a line on the RFQ. A listed plant is not a site-audited plant.

Do you handle payment?

No. Funds go to the plant. We do not take commission on the PO.
