Is this Hitachi Sullair in Shanghai?
No. Hitachi IEC China’s group list names Nanjing Hitachi Industrial Equipment and, separately, Hitachi Global Air Power. This listing is the Nanjing oil-free screw works.
Nanjing (Jiangning)
Jiangning works named on the Hitachi IEC China group list. Oil-free screw is the public air story — not the Hitachi Sullair SIP factory.

Nanjing Jiangning
Nanjing Hitachi Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is named on the official Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems (China) group list, with the works at 219 Tongtian Road, Jiangning. Hitachi IEC China’s public homepage now leads with inverters, industrial marking and hoists, and its information page says the China company focuses on drive and marking sales. That is not a reason to invent a new product line. The oil-free rotary-screw families a buyer can still open on Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems pages are DSP NEXT II and SDS-U. This desk publishes those two series. Hitachi Global Air Power (the Sullair SIP factory already on another desk) is a different legal name on the same group list.
The official DSP NEXT II two-stage page states 22–240 kW oil-free screw with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 air, backed by a TÜV test note. It describes a new air-end, V-type constant-pressure control within ±0.01 MPa, ECOMODE on fixed-speed machines, a DCBL direct-drive story on 37–75 kW V-type units, continuous operation up to 45 °C ambient on 22–120 kW, and an overhaul interval of six years or 48,000 hours, whichever comes first. USB logging, Bluetooth web-server and Modbus/RTU are named as standard communication options. Those figures are published Hitachi IES facts. They are not a single nameplate for every Jiangning serial number.
DSP NEXT II also exists as a single-stage 15–55 kW family on a sibling IES page, including a 0.3 MPa low-pressure variant. That single-stage line stays in this paragraph. It is not a third catalogue SKU. SDS-U is the water-cooled two-stage oil-free screw published at 105–450 kW. A water-cooled SDS-U and an air-cooled DSP do not share a cooling skid or a basement story. Write which one you mean.
Jiangning Tongtian Road is a manufacturing address, not a Shanghai inverter showroom. A 22 kW DSP NEXT II two-stage and a 240 kW frame in the same official band do not share a cooling skid or a basement. Write the kW the duty needs and whether the set is air- or water-cooled. ECOMODE savings printed for a 75 kW water-cooled 0.7 MPa example are a published calculation on the IES page (2.26 m³ receiver, 8,000 h/year). They are not a nameplate for a Nanjing serial number.
Shanghai air-compressor parts service is named on older Hitachi IEC China about copy as a faster spare-parts point. That sentence, where it still stands on group pages, does not move the packing list out of Jiangning. If the buyer wants a parts-only RFQ, say parts. If the buyer wants a new DSP or SDS-U package, say the series, the cooling, and the pressure.
Single-stage DSP NEXT II (15–55 kW) and the 0.3 MPa low-pressure DSP variant on the sibling IES page are still DSP. Write single-stage or low-pressure on the duty block. SDS-U remains the water-cooled 105–450 kW two-stage family. Do not assume a Nanjing serial number carries the same TÜV Class 0 paper as a Japanese IES leaflet until the works attaches it.
Oil-flooded Hitachi screws, piston and scroll machines appear on other Hitachi air pages. They stay off this listing. ISO class is printed for DSP on the IES page used here; it is not invented for a drive-inverter RFQ. The plant remains the seller. Nanjing Hitachi quotes.
Published series
Hitachi IEC public series from Nanjing Jiangning: DSP NEXT II oil-free screw; SDS-U oil-free screw. Shortlist, then one English RFQ — kW, bar(g) and FAD stay on the duty sheet.

Buyer notes
No. Hitachi IEC China’s group list names Nanjing Hitachi Industrial Equipment and, separately, Hitachi Global Air Power. This listing is the Nanjing oil-free screw works.
The official IES DSP pages print ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 with a TÜV test note. The SDS-U page fetched for this file names the water-cooled two-stage family. Ask Nanjing which paper travels with which serial number.
Hitachi IEC China currently leads its product centre with drives, marking and hoists. The compressor families a buyer can still name are on Hitachi IES oil-free-screw pages. The works in Jiangning remains the seller for those machines.
