Class 0 oil-free compressor
Class 0 means a stated test method at a stated point in the air system. An oil-free airend without a paper is not Class 0 on this desk.
What belongs on the RFQ
Write the duty point
Food, beverage and pharma buyers ask for Class 0 because a residual-oil number belongs in the validation file. The plant must say whether the test is at the package outlet or after the dryer and sterile housing.
Put kW or FAD, working pressure, ISO 8573-1 class, dryer type, sterile filter, voltage and the audit standard (if any) on the RFQ. Missing certificates stay missing — we do not write ISO 8573-1 onto a catalog row that the factory did not supply.
Matching machines are published oil-free series from listed Chinese plants. Scroll, dry screw and water-lubricated screw are different architectures; say which one the process allows.

Is oil-free the same as Class 0?
No. Oil-free is the airend. Class 0 is a measured residual-oil claim against a method. Put both on the sheet.
Will you mark a plant Class 0 without a report?
No. The row shows documents the plant provided. Missing papers stay missing.
Class 0 oil-free compressor: Voltage and frequency matter as much as bar. Typical first reply: 1–2 working days after the plant confirms it can hold the duty.
