Emeraude ALE IV 55–120 kW is the reviewed dry oil-free screw range. Its specification images separate IPM variable-speed, induction-motor variable-speed and fixed-speed versions with air and water cooling. The oil-free ES scroll and larger ALE ranges are distinct entries.

The air-cooled IPM ALE75AV+ IV row lists maximum pressure 0.86 MPa, 11.8 m³/min, 75 kW, 1,700 kg and 1,880 × 1,490 × 1,850 mm. The fixed-speed air-cooled ALE75A IV row at maximum pressure 0.86 MPa lists 11.4 m³/min and 2,000 kg. The water-cooled IPM ALE75WV+ IV row at maximum pressure 0.86 MPa lists 13.6 m³/min, 75 kW, 2,200 kg and 2,000 × 1,400 × 1,680 mm. Keep the exact control/cooling version and obtain the selected rating and test/reference basis.

The design description includes atmospheric openings separating lubrication from the air path and stainless exchanger tubes on water-cooled versions. Agree cooling-water quality, temperature/flow and maintenance; define downstream moisture/particle treatment independently.

A published TÜV Rheinland letter dated 26 May 2023 gives a Class 0 total-oil type-test result for the 55–75 kW air/water-cooled Emeraude-ALE scope at the compressor outlet. Obtain applicable model coverage and current documents for the order. This is not a full moisture/particle class or medical-air approval. Include point-of-use quality, demand profile, supply/cooling, treatment/controls, inspection, commissioning, manuals and destination support in the enquiry.
