Hande's oil-free division distinguishes HD-ZW water-lubricated screw, HD-SRL scroll and HD-DSPM dry screw equipment. They have different architectures, utilities and physical requirements. The dry page describes a compression chamber without oil and non-contact rotors synchronized by gears; this does not mean every component of the complete machine is maintenance-free.

HD-DSPM90 is a 90 kW dry-screw example at 0.8 MPa with listed air quantity 14.9 m³/min. Its table gives air cooling, ambient 0–40°C, DN65, 2,850 kg and 3,150 × 1,750 × 1,800 mm. The original equipment photograph is marked HD-DSPM90. A larger HD-DSPM200 is listed at 200 kW and 31.3 m³/min at the same pressure, but is water-cooled, with DN100, 5,200 kg and 3,800 × 2,280 × 2,200 mm. Agree cooling-water requirements for the actual offered configuration.

For a smaller scroll route, HD-SRL4 is 3.7 kW and 0.36 m³/min at 0.8 MPa, air-cooled with Rp½, 150 kg and 650 × 700 × 1,015 mm. That is a separate product-table example, not a smaller version of the dry-screw package.

Specify oil, particle and moisture limits at the process users, required flow at pressure, utilities and load profile. Request the selected model's performance and applicable quality documents, actual service manual and approved drawing. Itemize drying, filtration, storage and drainage; a division label alone does not establish universal certification or final process-air quality.
