Does CM/PV use oil in the air-end?
The official CM/PV page says the package injects water into the compression chamber and does not use lubricating oil in the machine. That is a water-lubricated oil-free screw, not an oil-injected factory package.

Taizhou Bay New Area
CMN is the English face of Xinmaien Technology, a Taizhou Bay New Area works that machines water-lubricated oil-free single-screw compressors. The official homepage splits the shop into atmospheric oil-free screw, medium-pressure oil-free screw, medium-pressure micro-oil screw, oil-free scroll, atmospheric micro-oil screw and a CMT special / process-gas line. This English desk publishes three catalogue rows that a buyer can actually name: CM/PV water-lubricated oil-free PM VSD for plant air, CM/GPV medium-pressure oil-free PM VSD for PET, and CMW oil-free scroll. The micro-oil and CMT families stay in the body. They are not extra invented SKUs.
Water-lubricated oil-free is not the same machine as a dry oil-free screw. The CM/PV page states that pure water is injected into the compression chamber for lubrication, sealing and cooling, and that the package does not use lubricating oil. The same page prints a public band: 0.12–1.2 MPa, 7.5–320 kW (10–430 hp) and 0.45–48.25 m³/min FAD. Those numbers are a published range, not a single nameplate we minted. Air-cooled and water-cooled frames sit on the same table. The comparison block on that page argues for isothermal compression with host temperature not above 45 °C and motor speed around 3,000 r/min versus a high-speed dry oil-free gear train. Treat those sentences as the works’ own comparison, not as a third-party test report. If the RFQ only says “oil-free screw, China”, Taizhou cannot price it.
CM/GPV is the PET conversation. The homepage says the medium-pressure oil-free screw is built for blow-moulding and that pressure can reach 4.0 MPa. The dedicated CM/GPV page repeats the dual-stage, dual-drive permanent-magnet VSD story and lists frames from CM75GPV through CM320GPV with 2.0–4.0 MPa bands. That is a 20–40 bar blow-moulding skid, not an 8 bar workshop package. A related CM/G fixed-speed medium-pressure oil-free page exists on the same site; it stays a site family. Do not put CM/PV and CM/GPV on one model line.
CMW is a third architecture. The official scroll page names electric buses, medical devices and laboratories, and prints 2–12 bar, 2.2–27 kW and 210–2490 L/min FAD. Multi-pump scroll packages are small, quiet machines. They do not share a spare-parts file with a 160 kW water-lubricated PET booster. Daily consumables on the water-lubricated pages are described as air filters and water filters — another reason a scroll cabinet and a water-injected PET skid should not share one spare crate.
The about block dates the China research centre to 2001, after a technical cooperation that brought French single-screw know-how. Phase-one floor area is published at 18,000 m² and phase two at 50,000 m². The public address is 3555 East Kaifa Avenue, Taizhou Bay New Area, Taizhou, Zhejiang. Applications on the site include pharma (mixing through coating and packing), hospital medical air, food and beverage conveying and blow-moulding, manufacturing pneumatics, chemical transfer, electronics board cleaning and textile winding. Those are application notes, not certificates. Wine, military, new-energy vehicles and semiconductors appear on the “other” tile. Still application notes.
Class 0 appears as a brochure line on CM/PV and CMW. This listing does not turn that line into a stored certificate. CE, ASME and PED are not invented. Quotes, Incoterms and the packing list come from CMN. The plant remains the seller.

Buyer notes

No. The homepage and CM/GPV page put the 4.0 MPa peak on the medium-pressure oil-free screw built for blow-moulding. CM/PV plant air is published at 0.12–1.2 MPa. Write the duty, not a mixed pressure.
The CM/PV and CMW pages print an ISO 8573 Class 0 claim. This dossier does not store a certificate row. Ask Taizhou for the paper on the RFQ if the buyer needs a scan.
