Blowing air is oil-free. Do not send an oil-injected 40 bar booster unless the OEM allows it with treatment you will actually install.

PET blowing at 40 bar(g) is a high-pressure oil-free duty. Cavities, bottle volume and recovery pressure size the skid — not the word “PET compressor”.
What belongs on the RFQ
Same sheet, matching plants
A 40 bar PET package is sized from the blower: bottle litres, cavities, cycle time and how much recovery air returns. Sending “40 bar oil-free, China” gets a brochure, not a comparable quote.
Write oil-free at the stated ISO 8573-1 class, 40 bar(g), recovery pressure, cooling water temperature, 50/60 Hz and whether the low-pressure stage is screw plus booster or a dedicated HP machine. FOB Shekou is common for Guangdong plants; FOB Shanghai for East China.
