BD-TK combines PM variable-speed screw compression, refrigerated drying and five-stage precision filtration for laser-cutting air duties. The source's 2–8°C pressure-dew-point description needs actual package rating conditions and the cutting machine's nozzle quality requirement. Treated air is not automatically a substitute for oxygen or nitrogen.
The detail table lists BD-PM15TK at 15 kW, working pressure 1.5 MPa/range 1.2–1.5 and 0.56–1.4 m³/min, dimensions 1,600 × 750 × 1,680 mm and 438.5 kg. BD-PM22TK at 22 kW and the same pressure version lists 0.88–2.2 m³/min, 1,722 × 800 × 1,880 mm and 564 kg.
Separate PM22TK rows list working pressure 2.5 MPa/range 2.0–2.5 with 0.6–1.2 m³/min, or 3 MPa/range 2.5–3 with 0.6–1.03, both 22 kW. Both physical rows are 1,716 × 830 × 1,862 mm and 755 kg. Carry the complete pressure variant; the broad overview does not describe these individual rows.
Send machine/nozzle pressure, simultaneous demand, material/process requirements, quality limits, site supply and ambient. Agree selected flow/input/test basis, dryer/filter/receiver and drain scope, pressure losses, acceptance and commissioning/service documents. Do not turn pure-air marketing into an oil-free compression certification.
