Dolphin combines a water-lubricated screw compression stage with an oil-free piston booster for PET bottle blowing. DMG describes the water as providing lubrication, cooling and sealing in the screw stage, and presents stainless air/water components. These mechanism statements do not establish a complete hygienic process-air specification or the same circuit arrangement as every other DMG family.
The actual table uses Nm³/min and rates the selected OGV/OGW rows at 4.0 MPa. OGV-6.0/40PM lists 6.0 Nm³/min, 67 kW installed and 60 kW shaft power, 530 rpm, 2500 kg and 2800 × 1500 × 1500 mm. It gives 20 t/h circulating water, DN40 high-pressure exhaust and 1½ inch in a separate inlet/outlet diameter column. Confirm the normal-volume temperature/pressure/humidity reference and identify each interface on the offered-machine diagram.
OGV-10/40PM lists 10 Nm³/min, 112 kW installed and 101 kW shaft power, 440 rpm, 3500 kg, 30 t/h water and 3100 × 1850 × 1770 mm. OGW-20/40PM instead gives 20 Nm³/min, 207/186 kW installed/shaft, 420 rpm, 7000 kg and 3820 × 2050 × 2100 mm, with 60 t/h water and DN50 exhaust. OGW-30/40PM gives 30 Nm³/min, 310/279 kW, 460 rpm, 9000 kg and the same published enclosure dimensions, with 125 t/h water and DN65 exhaust. These are separate model points rather than one unit's variable operating envelope.
Provide the blowing cycle, pressure at the machine, base/peak demand and recovery/storage concept. Request pressure-matched output, package input and part-load/control data, plus the screw-water and booster lubrication/cooling diagrams. Agree circulating-water temperature, quality, pressure, supply/return and heat rejection; the catalogue t/h values are not make-up-water usage. Confirm receiver and pressure-rated piping, dryer/filter/drains, safety controls and maintenance access. Define particle, moisture and oil acceptance and obtain current model-scoped reports, tests, manuals, wear-parts and destination commissioning terms. The original Dolphin image is a family product view, not proof that every pictured feature belongs to the offered model.
