UNIGY's OF900/40 blow-moulding page and PET1-3600 page describe oil-free reciprocating packages for PET/high-pressure air service. The described package includes a base and drive, compression equipment, interstage and aftercooling, discharge check valve, interstage safety valves and gauges, pressure switching, condensate drains and motor starter. Belt or direct drive is named on the PET1 page; agree the configuration on the actual offer.

The headline technical sections give broad pressure and flow ranges of 0.7–5.0 MPa and 0.1–20 m³/min. They do not provide a paired model-duty table or complete inlet and FAD reference conditions. Mixed text further down the PET1-3600 page refers to PET1-1200 and a different 0.1–60 m³/min envelope. Do not combine these into a rated PET1-3600 or OF900/40 operating point, or infer a verified capacity from either model name.

For the bottle line, give machine count, blow pressure at the point of use, production cycle/peak demand, upstream pressure/temperature and available airflow, operating hours and air-quality targets. Ask for the exact staged selection, motor/package input, cooling and dryer/filter/receiver scope, condensate handling and performance tests at agreed conditions. The manufacturer claims Class 0 on its oil-free pages; obtain current issuer documentation for the offered model and test conditions rather than assuming the whole air system or every UNIGY product is covered.
