DMG's Eagle technical heading describes four-stage oil-free screw/piston compression, while its detail text describes a two-stage screw front end and water cooling of lubrication oil, cylinders and packing. Confirm the complete stage sequence, air-side purity scope and mechanical lubrication paths for the offered unit. A product heading alone does not establish that all mechanical circuits are oil-less.
The LGV2/LGW2 table rates its model points at 4.0 MPa using Nm³/min. LGV2-6.0/40PM gives 6.0 Nm³/min, 60 kW installed and 54 kW shaft, 530 rpm, 2500 kg, 20 t/h circulating water and 2800 × 1500 × 1500 mm. The row shows DN40 high-pressure exhaust and 1½ inch in a separate inlet/outlet diameter column. LGV2-10/40PM gives 10 Nm³/min, 92/83 kW installed/shaft, 580 rpm, 3000 kg, 30 t/h water and 3100 × 1850 × 1770 mm. Neither shaft nor installed power is a measured production-cycle package-input figure.
The two 16 Nm³/min entries are a useful installation comparison. LGV2-16/40PM gives 145/131 kW installed/shaft, 520 rpm, 4500 kg and 3820 × 2050 × 1770 mm; LGW2-16/40PM gives the same pressure, flow and two power figures, but 350 rpm, 6000 kg and 3820 × 2050 × 2100 mm. Both list 50 t/h water and DN50 exhaust. LGW2-30/40PM lists 30 Nm³/min, 295/266 kW, 460 rpm, 9000 kg, 125 t/h water, DN65 exhaust and 3820 × 2050 × 2100 mm. Preserve the complete model designation when planning the floor loading, access and utilities.
State pressure at the blow-moulding machine, peak/base demand and cycle, storage and recovery scheme and normal-volume reference. Obtain exact stage, lubrication and cooling diagrams, performance and package-input curves and the current VSD/permanent-magnet motor arrangement. The site's percentage savings and absolute motor-demagnetization claims are not guaranteed here. Agree cooling-water temperature/quality/pressure and heat-rejection scope; circulation is not water consumption. Include dryers, filters, pressure-rated receivers/piping, protection, air-quality acceptance, model-scoped reports, drawings, test records, spare parts and destination support terms.
