Zhongding's G0, G1 and G2 diaphragm families cover distinct small and medium configurations. The G0 page describes P/D layouts, air- or water-cooled options and splash lubrication of the drive; G1 lists Z/L layouts, while G2 lists Z/L/P/D configurations and forced lubrication. Drive lubrication is not a blanket gas-purity certification. Obtain the actual gas-side materials, diaphragm and contamination requirements for the offered model.

The G0 table lists GZ0-2/0.6-10 at 2 Nm³/h with 0.06 MPa(g) inlet and 1 MPa(g) outlet, 750 rpm, 1.5 kW motor, 1000 × 600 × 870 mm and 300 kg. A separate GZ0-26/180-200 point is 26 Nm³/h with 18 MPa(g) inlet and 20 MPa(g) outlet, 300 L/h cooling water, 750 rpm, 1.5 kW, 1200 × 780 × 1050 mm and 450 kg. The same motor rating does not make the flow or pressure conditions interchangeable.

Keep normal-volume flow and gauge pressure explicit. Ask for reference temperature/pressure, actual gas composition, minimum and maximum inlet conditions, permissible inlet temperature and operation across the required load range. Do not apply either G0 point to G1 or G2 without a named-model proposal.

The G0 maintenance description calls for at least 1 m around the machine and a 60–70 kg component lifting provision. G1 describes a 70–80 kg maintenance component; G2 describes approximately 100 kg. Obtain the actual service drawing, lifting and access procedure for the ordered configuration.

The original G2 photo accompanies a manufacturer-reported 2026 hydrogen/ammonia-mixture project. Its reported 220°C inlet condition is specific to that engineered project, not a general rating of the G0–G2 range. Request material/seal, diaphragm, purity and hazard review for a hot or mixed-gas duty.

An RFQ should include gas composition and impurities, inlet/outlet pressure and temperature envelopes, flow basis and duty cycle, cooling, electrical supply, area classification and controls. Agree the quoted configuration, protections and diaphragm leak monitoring, test medium/conditions, documents, spare parts and startup scope.
