The Zhongding G5 catalogue describes a large D-layout diaphragm platform with two-, three-, four- or six-cylinder configurations, water cooling, forced lubrication and oil-replenishment arrangements. The actual cylinder/stage arrangement and gas duty belong in the named-model proposal.
Two published G5 records illustrate why inlet pressure must accompany the delivery figure. GD5-750/6-210 lists 750 Nm³/h with 0.6 MPa(g) inlet and 21 MPa(g) outlet, 12,000 L/h cooling water, 420 rpm and 160 kW motor power. Its envelope is 4300 × 3200 × 2200 mm and its listed weight is 16,000 kg.
GD5-750/15-210 lists the same 750 Nm³/h and 21 MPa(g) outlet, but 1.5 MPa(g) inlet, 10,000 L/h cooling water, 420 rpm and 110 kW motor power. It has the same published envelope and 14,000 kg listed weight. These are separate reference models. Do not apply the lower motor/cooling values to the lower-inlet-pressure duty or claim a guaranteed operating range from the two rows.
Keep MPa(g) as gauge pressure and Nm³/h as normal-volume flow. Agree the normal temperature/pressure, actual gas, minimum/normal/maximum inlet pressure and temperature, suction supply variation and the required discharge/control behavior. Obtain selected-duty performance and package electrical data rather than equating motor rating with total electrical input.
G5's maintenance description requires at least 2.5 m around the machine and provision to lift a maintenance component of approximately 5000 kg. This is separate from the 14–16 tonne whole-machine weights of these two references. Agree the final foundation, floor loads, crane/rigging arrangement, service clearances and access path using current project drawings.
The original G5 catalogue image is a manufacturer illustration. Request actual configured-unit images, current drawings and agreed inspection records for the offered equipment. Specify cooling-water inlet conditions, controls, diaphragm leak monitoring, gas/hazard compatibility, safeguards, test medium and acceptance conditions, spares and commissioning scope. A filling requirement expressed only as daily kilograms is not sufficient to choose this compressor without inlet/outlet conditions and the actual hourly gas duty.
