CMN describes CM/GPV as a two-stage, dual-drive permanent-magnet variable-speed oil-free screw selection using water lubrication and water cooling. Its source table mixes CM/G fixed-speed rows and GPV variable-speed rows. The selected GPV figures here are intervals within a stated pressure band, not a pressure-by-pressure performance curve or a guarantee of maximum flow at the highest pressure.

CM75GPV publishes 2.0–3.0 MPa and 2.5–6.3 m³/min, with separate 30 and 45 kW motor cells, 18 T/h cooling water, DN32 outlet, 2000 × 1900 × 1480 mm and 2250 kg. CM100GPV gives 2.0–4.0 MPa and 3.3–8.2 m³/min, separate 55 and 55 kW cells, 21 T/h, DN32, 2500 × 2000 × 1550 mm and 2450 kg. Preserve the individual motor entries and obtain the actual drive arrangement and package input rather than assigning one motor rating from the model number.

The CM130GPV name occurs twice: 2.0–3.0 MPa with 5.4–13.5 m³/min, and 2.0–4.0 MPa with 4.0–10.2. Each shows separate 55 and 75 kW cells, 35 T/h water, DN32, 2500 × 2000 × 1550 mm and 3000 kg. The pressure band is therefore part of the configuration. The CM242GPV family image is marked 4.0 MPa; its table interval is 9.6–24.0 m³/min across 2.0–4.0 MPa, with separate 110 and 132 kW cells, 50 T/h water, DN40, 2760 × 2250 × 1670 mm and 3950 kg. The image marking does not establish 24.0 m³/min at 4.0 MPa.

For a blowing process, provide process pressure, cycle and peak draw, receiver volume/control concept and minimum sustained load. Request the pressure-matched curve, flow reference, individual drive data, total package input and sequencing. Agree cooling-water temperature/quality/quantity and supply/return interfaces; cooling duty is not measured make-up usage. Define downstream drying, filtration, pressure-rated piping/receiver documents and process-air sampling. Obtain current model-scoped purity reports, drawings, tests, manuals, wear parts and commissioning/support scope.
