Zhongding G3–G4 diaphragm compressors with named gas-duty references from Zhongding Hengsheng (Wuhu)

Zhongding describes G3 as a medium diaphragm family with Z/L/V/P/D configurations and air- or water-cooling routes. G4 is a compact D-layout medium family with two-, three- or four-cylinder arrangements and water cooling. Both describe forced drive lubrication. Select the actual cylinder/stage configuration against gas medium and inlet/outlet conditions; do not infer configuration solely from an aggregated family title.

A G3 reference, GZ3-50/10-150, lists 50 Nm³/h with 1 MPa(g) inlet and 15 MPa(g) outlet, 1000 L/h cooling water, 400 rpm, 11 kW motor, 2400 × 1400 × 2000 mm and 3500 kg. A separate G4 reference, GD4-200/15-350, lists 200 Nm³/h with 1.5 MPa(g) inlet and 35 MPa(g) outlet, 4600 L/h cooling water, 360 rpm, 55 kW motor, 3800 × 2600 × 1800 mm and 9000 kg. These are named table rows with different conditions, not a common range valid for every gas.

Normal-volume flow requires its reference temperature and pressure; MPa(g) is the table's gauge-pressure basis. Request performance and power at minimum/normal/maximum suction conditions, along with allowable inlet temperature, gas compatibility and required control range. A motor nameplate value is separate from package input, cooling performance or guaranteed gas purity.

G4's maintenance description calls for at least 1.5 m around the machine and lifting a component of approximately 1000 kg. Whole-machine weight for the selected GD4 reference is separately 9000 kg. Include service access, lifting route, overhead clearance and foundation requirements in the installation review.

The corresponding original G3/G4 images are manufacturer illustrations, not photographs of an offered serial-numbered machine. Request current arrangement drawings and an actual configured-unit inspection when the purchase scope calls for it.

For a process or hydrogen proposal, give actual gas/impurities, inlet and outlet conditions, flow basis, cooling-water availability and electrical/hazardous-area requirements. Agree material/diaphragm specifications, leak/protection functions, controls integration, acceptance-test conditions, parts, startup responsibilities and applicable destination documents.
