B&D distinguishes BD-GS water-lubricated twin-screw compressors from BD-WS scroll packages. These are different mechanisms; their delivery, cooling, maintenance and treatment requirements cannot be combined into one machine.

The GS detail table states 0.5–1 MPa and explicitly bases listed discharge volumes on the 0.8 MPa design condition. BD-07GS is 7.5 kW and 1.1 m³/min, 950 × 1,390 × 1,230 mm and 500 kg; BD-37GS is 37 kW and 5.4 m³/min, 1,300 × 1,834 × 1,800 mm and 1,200 kg. Both offer air/water cooling in the source rows. BD-75GS is 75 kW/12 m³/min, water-cooled with the same listed dimensions/mass as BD-37GS; BD-132GS is 132 kW/25 m³/min, water-cooled, 2,266 × 1,597 × 2,200 mm and 2,500 kg. Volumes at other pressures require their own duty data.

The integrated scroll BD-WSPM3.7TK row gives 3.7 kW, 0.8 MPa, 0.38 m³/min, 200 L receiver, 1,390 × 630 × 1,445 mm and 260 kg. Fixed-frequency BD-WS3.7TK has the same stated power/pressure/volume/receiver but 1,350 × 640 × 1,500 mm and 365 kg. Confirm the offered controller against the integrated PM heading and pressure-start/stop control row. The -15°C outlet-dew-point entry needs its test and package conditions.

Specify point-of-use oil, moisture and particle limits, actual GS/WS model and downstream treatment. Obtain current applicable certificate/test coverage, process-water/cooling needs and supply, acceptance, commissioning and maintenance scope. An oil-free family name does not establish medical/breathing-air approval.
