SASPG air-separation reciprocating compressors, Jianyang

Sichuan Air Separation Plant Group was founded in 1966 and still presents itself as an engineering, cryogenic-equipment, industrial-gas and cryogenic-research house with a “4+1” general-machinery arm. The homepage counters leave the numeric tiles thin in the fetch; the useful fact is the founding year and the four-plus-one structure. The compressor conversation for a buyer is not the cold box. It is SASPG Jianyang General Machinery & Equipment, the subsidiary that has designed reciprocating compressors, cryogenic valves and pressure vessels for more than forty years on a site the English page puts near 100,000 m² with more than 300 people.

The Chinese compressor page is the map. The works designs air, oxygen, nitrogen, ammonia, acetylene, argon, carbon dioxide, natural-gas, nitrogen-hydrogen, methanol and petroleum-gas compressors — eight categories and nearly one hundred products. Published bands are piston force from 10 kN to 500 kN, capacity from 40 to 20,000 Nm³/h, and discharge pressure up to 40 MPa. The English Jianyang page repeats eight series, seven models, nine piston-force series and eight exhaust-pressure series, and says the maximum exhaust pressure can reach 42 MPa. Oil-free cylinder lubrication is widely used on oxygen and high-purity gas machines. This desk will not flatten 40 and 42 into one invented stamp. The RFQ asks Jianyang which ceiling applies to the frame.

Three series are catalogued. MW natural-gas includes named examples such as MW-36.3/10 and MW-2.1/18-201-6.0/12-201 for high-pressure LNG process. CNG is its own tile. High-pressure air piston includes the 2V-1/350-CK example shown on the same page, next to a high-pressure oil-free small-flow nitrogen / air commissioning note. Those strings are evidence. If the duty is oxygen or high-purity gas with an oil-free cylinder, write that in prose — the English page names the lubrication practice and this desk still will not mint an oxygen SKU. 40 MPa and 42 MPa are both public ceilings; Jianyang confirms the frame.
