Compressor manufacturing with a wider air-system range
Guangzhou AirHorse Compressor describes research, production, sales and service for screw compressors and related equipment. Its wider catalog also includes blowers, centrifugal equipment, vacuum pumps and steam-compression products.
The two equipment routes below serve different air requirements. Keep a blower or vacuum application separate from a compressor's pressure and delivery duty.

Choose the air requirement first
Direct-drive network air or an oil-free process system?

Direct-drive oil-injected screw
The published stationary range covers 30–520 HP and describes a rigid motor-to-airend coupling. This is family coverage, not the output or input of one pictured machine.
- Start with the network
- Logged demand, minimum pressure at the users, distribution losses, running cycle and backup needs.
- Ask for the selected package
- Exact model, delivery at required pressure, reference conditions, complete-package input and current drawing.
- Define the operating sequence
- Actual fixed-speed or variable-speed version, load/unload or control range and coordination with existing compressors.

Oil-free screw compression
The separate page covers 10–420 HP and describes a stainless-steel rotor, self-lubricating bearing and low-temperature compression features.
- Define the point of use
- Product-contact air, instruments or another process; required oil, particle and moisture limits.
- Connect quality to the model
- Selected architecture, operating limits and applicable model-specific certificate/test scope.
- Include the air system
- Drying, filtration, receiver, drains and distribution, with delivered-quality acceptance conditions.
Oil-free compression alone does not establish suitable moisture or particle performance. Request the selected maintenance manual and utility requirements.

A laser package is four connected pieces of equipment
AirHorse describes a 22 kW PM variable-frequency four-in-one package for a Shenzhen laser application: compressor, receiver, dryer and filtration, with four-stage filtration. Use the system scope to prepare the offer; establish performance against the actual laser's requirements.
Compression
Match pressure and delivery to the laser's normal and peak demand. Confirm the offered model and electrical supply.
Receiver
Specify volume, rating, applicable vessel documents and how storage supports the cutting cycle.
Drying
Agree moisture target and dryer conditions at the actual inlet temperature, pressure and ambient.
Filtration
Obtain grades, replacement elements, drain arrangement and maintenance access. Four stages alone do not define air quality.
Give the laser requirement to the compressor supplier
Attach the laser manufacturer's pressure, consumption and air-quality limits. Ask for a complete package drawing and the treatment/receiver item list. Allow clearance to replace filters and service each component.
37 kW PM example · Demand that changes
Choose the control strategy from the operating cycle
A separate company account describes a 37 kW PM variable-frequency screw installation for a Guangzhou materials manufacturer with fluctuating demand. It illustrates a control question, not a universal energy-saving result or the duty of the AHD photograph above.
Bring three inputs to the discussion
- A demand log: production peaks, low-load periods, shifts and idle operation.
- A pressure requirement: the minimum at users and the acceptable variation, accounting for distribution losses.
- The existing network: other compressors, storage and the proposed sequencing/control responsibilities.
Request operating range, package input at relevant duties and agreed test conditions. Compare proposals at the same demand and pressure envelope.

Order-specific components
The company profile mentions German airends, SKF bearings and Siemens/Schneider electrical components. Obtain the actual airend, motor/drive, controls and protection in the selected bill of materials, including approved substitutions and spare-part identifiers.
Installation and utilities
Agree voltage/frequency, temperature/altitude, ventilation or cooling, service access and the approved drawing. Itemize treatment, storage, drains and any utility connections required by the chosen architecture.
Acceptance and support
Connect model/serial identification to agreed performance and applicable quality records. Establish manuals, consumables, commissioning, warranty, destination support and spare-parts lead times.

Is 30–520 HP the rating of AHD-175A?
It is the published direct-drive family coverage. Obtain the exact model's pressure-matched delivery, input, electrical details and drawing. A photograph's digits are not a complete model duty sheet.
Does AHW-220A establish the oil-free technology?
The gallery image identifies a range example and an air-cooled marking. Confirm the selected architecture and its lubrication, water or other utilities from model documentation rather than interpreting the suffix alone.
Does four-stage filtration make a package suitable for any laser?
Confirm the laser's required pressure, flow and air-quality limits. Agree dryer conditions, filter grades, receiver rating and acceptance at the actual user; stage count alone is not a quality specification.
What proves the performance of the chosen machine?
Agree selected-model performance and reference conditions, complete-package input and applicable quality/test records. Company case narratives and family marketing claims do not replace acceptance for the offered configuration.
