The Crownwell oil-free screw catalog has separate OF fixed-speed, OF VSD, OF PM and OF LP tables. CW22 OF lists 22 kW, 3.7 / 3.4 / 3.0 m³/min at 7 / 8 / 10 bar(g), 1,400 × 1,000 × 1,200 mm and 655 kg. At 7 bar(g), CW22 OF VSD lists 2.2–3.7 m³/min while CW22 OF PM lists 0.6–3.7; both list 675 kg and the same dimensions. The pictured unit is a range illustration, not identification of all these variants.

CW22 OF LP is a separate low-pressure route: 22 kW, 5.2 m³/min at 4 bar(g), 1,920 × 1,170 × 1,320 mm and 650 kg. Do not use its capacity as the duty of a 7–10 bar package. Choose the pressure envelope and control range from the actual process demand; the stated flow ranges are not complete energy curves.

Crownwell states ISO 1217 Annex C, edition 4 (2009), with 1 bar absolute inlet, 20°C intake and 0% RH. Agree selected-model conditions, package input, architecture, electrical/cooling/maintenance requirements and layout. For product-contact or instrument air, define oil, moisture and particles at the user and request applicable quality/test documents for the actual model.

Itemize drying, filtration, receiver, drains and distribution acceptance. Obtain manuals, identified consumables, model/serial records, commissioning responsibilities and destination support. An oil-free label does not establish a universal certificate or delivered system purity.
