Xinda AUGUST WG(P)S water-lubricated oil-free screw selection from Ningbo Xinda Screw Compressor (Agust brand)
WG(P)S is Xinda's water-lubricated oil-free screw range. It should not be confused with the company's dry air-end development or with a conventional oil-injected screw package.
The dedicated current selection page lists WG(P)S5.5–250 with 5.5–250 kW power, 0.8–1.0 MPa pressure and 0.65–45 m³/min flow as supply ranges. These are family limits, not one model's guaranteed duty. Obtain the current selected model's pressure-flow pairing, reference conditions and complete-package input. The original manufacturer image shows a WPS45-labelled cabinet in that gallery; family ratings are not assigned to that photographed machine.
Define water quality, replenishment and treatment, included water-circuit equipment, drainage, ambient/cooling and maintenance/consumables. Ask how water requirements and shutdown/storage arrangements apply at the installation site and who supplies the utilities.
For process air, specify oil, particles and moisture at an agreed point of use. Obtain exact model/revision test or certificate documents and define the dryer, filters, receiver and distribution boundary. Oil-free construction does not by itself guarantee sterile, breathable or application-approved air. Agree installation drawings, commissioning, acceptance measurements and ongoing service/spares responsibilities.
