Can an 8 bar package be set to 10 bar?
Sometimes a two-stage or a different airend. Do not assume a valve change. Ask the plant if the airend and motor are rated for 10 bar continuous.

10 bar(g) is not 8 bar with a different sticker. FAD falls as pressure rises. Write 110 kW and 10 bar together, then the flow you need at that point.
What belongs on the RFQ
Numbers a plant can quote
A 110 kW screw asked to hold 10 bar(g) is a different machine than the same frame at 8 bar. Plants that only publish 7–8 bar nameplates cannot answer this RFQ honestly without restaging or derating.
Put the duty point on the sheet: 110 kW, 10 bar(g), FAD at 10 bar, ambient, altitude, cooling water if used, and whether you need a VSD band or a fixed-speed point. 50 Hz 380 V and 60 Hz 460 V are not interchangeable without a motor change.
Listed Chinese plants with oil-injected screw series are the matching pool. We issue the same English duty so quotes are comparable. We do not invent a 110 kW / 10 bar SKU where the factory only lists a series.
