Screw-air selections for an air room or a laser machine

Risan Electric, 日信电气股份有限公司, describes design, development, production, sales and application service for screw-air equipment at its Wenling East New District location. The same legal name appears in Wenling’s published 2022 industrial-enterprise evaluation. That administrative record supports company identity; product approval belongs to the actual offered machine.

The current catalog gives separate paths for single-stage PM VSD, two-stage PM VSD and integrated laser-cutting air. Fixed-speed screw, low-pressure textile machines and a high-speed centrifugal blower also appear in its wider range. A company-wide power or pressure headline combines different equipment; use a model’s own row to select a compressor.

Single-stage RK and two-stage RK V-II

These selected published points all use 0.8 MPa. The discharge-volume reference and gauge/absolute pressure basis must be stated in the offer. Read the points as model selections, rather than a verified energy-saving comparison.

Pressure changes the selected flow

RK50 lists 6.8, 6.2, 5.6 and 5.0 m³/min at 0.7, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 MPa respectively. RK50V-II lists 7.2, 7.1, 6.3 and 5.4 m³/min at 0.7, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.3 MPa. Pair each pressure with its flow. Some larger V-II columns end at 1.2 MPa, so the entire family does not inherit a universal 1.3 MPa rating.

Compare the complete installation

The tables state direct drive, 380 V / 50 Hz and frequency-conversion starting. Ask for the proposed model’s whole-package input and control limits over the real demand cycle, with cooling and intake conditions. Nominal model names or larger flow do not establish an efficiency or operating-cost result.

RK50’s listed dimensions and mass are 1560 × 1000 × 1290 mm and 640 kg; RK50V-II’s are 1770 × 1110 × 1560 mm and 860 kg. Both list an R1½ outlet. Obtain the current foundation/lifting drawing and leave the required ventilation and maintenance space beyond the cabinet dimensions.

LASER CUTTING · INTEGRATED AIR

The suffix defines what is in the package

The RG E table covers a screw compressor with receiver. The RG EF arrangement adds a refrigerated dryer and precision filters. The separately listed RKG EF rows provide 1.6 MPa selections. These are laser-cutting compressed-air packages; the source does not establish PET-blowing performance.

Agree the laser maker’s permitted gas, nozzle/process consumption, inlet pressure and cleanliness for the material and thickness. Compressed air cannot simply inherit the role of oxygen or nitrogen in every cutting process. Dryer, filters, piping and hoses also belong in the pressure and acceptance calculation.

Before comparing RG and RKG offers, use our laser-cutting air duty checklist to collect the cutting process, the pressure-and-flow pair at the laser inlet and the air-quality figures the laser maker requires.

MODEL DOCUMENTS · SITE INTERFACES · ACCEPTANCE

Turn the selection into a comparable offer

  1. Name the duty and configuration

Send use-point pressure, consumption and demand cycle for an air room, or the laser maker’s gas specification and simultaneous cutting demand. Identify the complete RK / V-II / RG / RKG suffix, treatment and receiver scope.

  2. Match the site and ordered machine

Provide supply voltage/frequency, ambient/altitude, cooling-air route and available service space. Request the current duty sheet, full nameplate, package-input/load data, foundation/lifting drawing and outlet connections.

  3. Agree proof and handover

Specify the measurement point, flow/pressure reference and required dew point and filtration. Obtain relevant vessel/destination documents and any certificate’s issuer, current validity, production address and exact model scope. Agree commissioning, manuals, operator training, wear parts and service response.

The company site displays patent, CE and quality-system images. They are leads for the relevant documents, rather than a reason to assume every product carries the same approval or installation scope.

Questions about these Risan selections

Does a higher two-stage flow prove a lower running cost?

The selected table shows discharge quantity at a stated pressure. Compare whole-package input and the same reference conditions over the actual load cycle before assessing efficiency or cost. The table alone does not establish that result.

Are RG20EF and RKG20EF the same pressure selection?

The EF table lists RG20EF at 0.8–1.2 MPa and a separate RKG20EF row at 1.6 MPa. Keep the respective flows paired with the model and pressure, and confirm the ordered suffix and current documentation.

Is a refrigerated dryer enough to meet the laser’s air specification?

Use the laser maker’s permitted gas and purity requirement, the proposed dryer’s rated conditions, filter specification and acceptance measurement at the agreed point. An EF arrangement names equipment; it does not prove a particular delivered dew point or contamination limit by itself.

Rotary screw compressor manufacturers in China China already has more screw-compressor storefronts than a buyer can audit. This desk lists manufacturing plants against a duty sheet — kW, bar(g), FAD — and routes one English RFQ.
Compressor for laser cutting Choose the air system from the laser maker's gas specification. The compressor motor rating and laser power do not, by themselves, determine the required pressure, flow or air quality. Identify whether the supply is for cutting assist gas, machine services or both before requesting a package.
Compressor for a textile factory Jet looms and spinning do not share a pressure. Write the machine OEM’s bar(g) and the hall FAD, then 50 Hz voltage for most Asian mills.
Compressor for CNC machines Machine tools need dry, stable 7–8 bar air. Size from the cell, not from a round kW number a vendor likes to sell.
