Understand the production organization before approving the machine
LIUTECH's official history dates the creation of Liuzhou Fuda Machinery and the brand to 1994, and full acquisition by Atlas Copco Group to 2002. The parent group's current brand directory corroborates those years and lists Liuzhou as the brand headquarters.
The three existing equipment pages here are stationary oil-injected screw selections. Their manufacturing and sales/service roles sit within a wider organization; a Shanghai customer-center address does not establish the assembly location of every model.
Liuzhou roots
The published history records a Yanghe, Liuzhou production base opening in 2006. Its 2017 entry keeps the mobile-compressor business with Liuzhou Fuda.
Stationary production
The 2017 entry assigns stationary-machine production to Pan-Asia Gas Technologies in Wuxi. In 2021, the history describes four group factories jointly manufacturing LIUTECH-brand products.
Shanghai sales & service
The customer-center headquarters moved to Shanghai in 2013. LIUTECH (Shanghai) Compressed Air Systems was registered in 2023 and the current profile identifies it as the stationary sales/service organization.
L OPM Pro · Small-to-medium variable demand
7 bar rated and 8.5 bar maximum are different entries
L OPM Pro uses an oil-cooled PM variable-speed drive and direct transmission. The brochure describes an IE5/IP55 motor, a 7-inch touchscreen, RS485, remote start/stop and emergency-stop functions.
Do not turn the “8.5” in the model name into independently established delivery at that maximum. Request the selected pressure-matched curve and reference conditions.
The brochure supplies six model rows spanning 11–55 kW; the web heading also mentions 7.5 kW. An offered 7.5 kW machine needs its own defined datasheet.

Agree the actual electrical supply, demand variation and control range. For a control-system connection, request the applicable interface/register information and safety wiring; the presence of RS485 does not make every third-party integration automatic.
LU PM+ · Keep the pressure and suffix
Use a selected model's operating range, rather than the whole-family envelope
The product page lists air- and water-cooled choices, a 4.3-inch touchscreen, scheduling, two pressure settings and remote functions. Agree the offered cooling and utility configuration.
Its linked brochure separates LU PM+ from LU PMi and other routes. The selected PM+ table states performance measured under ISO 1217, with absolute intake pressure 1 bar and intake temperature 20°C.

At 75 kW, one extra plus sign changes the comparison
At 7 / 7.5 bar rated / maximum, the brochure separates these two models. Both list G2 and 1,697 × 1,322 × 2,000 mm, but their operating ranges and masses differ.

Published overview
The page heading features 315–355 kW. Its broader LU II overview row gives 250–355 kW and 45–72 m³/min. It does not provide a pressure-specific model matrix.
Request the actual model's delivery and complete-package input at the required duty before sizing storage or estimating energy use.

The described cooler has an independent air path, with separated hot/cold zones and accessible cooler, filters and oil-separation components.
Obtain ventilation and intake/exhaust routing, utility loads, starter/supply requirements, handling details and service clearances on the approved arrangement drawing.

Air quality & distribution
LIUTECH's wider offering includes refrigerated and adsorption dryers, receivers, filters and piping. State moisture, particle and oil limits at the actual air users, with treatment capacity, pressure loss and drainage.
Controls & heat recovery
The portfolio includes central control, monitoring and heat recovery. Specify sequencing with existing machines, communication/access requirements and the useful heat demand and recovery circuit. Itemize included and excluded equipment.
Service after delivery
The service menu separates original oils, filtration parts and maintenance kits, airend overhaul/exchange and maintenance plans. Agree model/serial-specific consumables, commissioning, operator documentation, destination support and the actual commercial coverage.

Required pressure and demand by shift; electrical supply and cooling conditions; site/intake conditions; floor plan and access; process air-quality limits; existing receiver, treatment and controls; selected model/version; agreed performance, inspection and commissioning requirements.

Are all stationary models made at the Shanghai customer center?
The official history describes separate production and sales/service roles, including Wuxi stationary production and multiple group factories. Confirm the ordered model's actual manufacturer, assembly and inspection site.
Does “L15-8.5” mean 2.4 m³/min at an 8.5 bar rated duty?
The brochure labels 7 bar rated and 8.5 bar maximum separately. Request the applicable pressure-matched performance curve and test conditions; do not redefine the maximum as the rated point.
Can I substitute LU75 PM++ for LU75 PM+ on the comparison?
Keep the full suffix. At the same 7 / 7.5 bar rated / maximum pair, the brochure lists different flow ranges and masses for the two 75 kW entries.
Is a dryer or heat-recovery circuit included?
The brand offers those systems, but the actual equipment list and utility/acceptance scope belong in the offer. Specify downstream air quality and useful recovered-heat demand.
Can the LU II overview size a 250 kW station by itself?
Obtain the selected model's pressure-specific delivery, input and installation requirements. The overview band does not define every configuration or operating point.
