Is 400 V 50 Hz the same as 380 V?
Often the same motor band in China, but write what the MCC will see. Do not let the quote assume it.

Chinese plants build 50 Hz 380 V packages every day. They cannot retag a 60 Hz 460 V nameplate in the quotation without a motor change. Write the supply first.
What belongs on the RFQ
Same sheet, matching plants
Voltage and frequency sit on the same line as bar. A 75 kW 8 bar RFQ that omits 50 Hz 380 V will come back with a 400 V or 460 V motor the site cannot start.
State 380 V / 50 Hz (or 400 V / 50 Hz if that is the site), starter type, whether a transformer is in scope, and the working pressure and FAD. IE3 / IE4 is a motor paper — only if the plant holds it.
Matching rows are published screw series. We do not assume every listed plant stocks 380 V; the RFQ asks them to confirm the motor.

Can they ship 60 Hz to a 50 Hz site?
Not as a sticker change. Ask for a 50 Hz motor and the matching fan and control voltage.
50 Hz 380 V screw compressor: Voltage and frequency matter as much as bar. Typical first reply: 1–2 working days after the plant confirms it can hold the duty.
