Haigair describes development, manufacture and sales of screw air compressors. Its portfolio includes fixed-speed, standard-pressure PM VSD, two-stage VSD and low-pressure equipment, with separate oil-free and centrifugal categories.
“Standard-pressure” translates the company’s 常压 category. It does not mean atmospheric-pressure compression: the reviewed model tables list 0.8 MPa discharge. Low-pressure, laser-cutting and oil-free products have separate scopes.

The pages separately list 0.7, 0.8 and 1.0–1.25 MPa pressure options. The listed flow is not a guarantee at every pressure or speed. Request the selected machine’s reference conditions and performance curve; the “air-processing volume” label is not independently verified FAD.
Both pages offer customized 220/380/415/440/480 V; confirm phase and frequency. The tables list an oil/gas vessel and oil filter. Specify actual lubrication and downstream drying/filtration rather than treating these as oil-free models.
Its title says 37 kW, but the operating-power table says 55 kW, with 7 m³/min at 0.8 MPa. Obtain the correct motor and duty sheet before comparison. DBV-75A’s 55 kW title and table agree.

Haigair’s article normally recommends 1.5 m to the wall, with 0.75 m as a restricted-space minimum. Confirm the offered model’s door, filter and component-removal clearances; the article does not replace its manual.
The article recommends a room between 0 and 38°C, dry and well ventilated, avoiding excessive dust, oil and moisture. Agree intake/hot-air-discharge routes and the machine’s actual permissible conditions.
Check a level, firm floor and structural/vibration needs for an upper-floor installation. Establish operating records, trained operators and planned maintenance using the delivered manual.
The management guidance calls for recording operating time/status, maintaining components and escalating abnormal conditions to support. For the proposal, request the actual filter, separator and lubricant schedule, cooling-cleaning needs and safe service access.

The title/table mismatch remains unresolved. Obtain the actual drive and duty sheet. The reviewed DBV-75A example consistently lists 55 kW.
