Haigair's DBV-75A page consistently identifies a 55 kW two-stage permanent-magnet variable-speed screw compressor in its title and table. It lists 12 m³/min air-processing volume with 0.8 MPa discharge, DN65 outlet, air cooling, approximately 1900 × 1250 × 1640 mm and 1600 kg.
The source separately lists pressure options of 0.7, 0.8 and 1.0–1.25 MPa. The 12 m³/min value is associated with the listed pressure, not guaranteed across those options or the full VSD range. Obtain the selected model's flow-test reference and capacity/package-input curves. The manufacturer describes a permanent-magnet synchronous motor and variable-frequency operation of main machine and fan; confirm the offered component/control schedule.
A different DBV-50A page is headed37 kW but prints55 kW operating power in its table. That unresolved entry is not silently corrected or assigned to DBV-75A. Use DBV-75A's consistent model data for this selection and reconcile any alternative model's actual drive and duty sheet before comparing.
Customizable voltage options are 220/380/415/440/480 V; phase and frequency need confirmation. Listed oil/gas vessel and oil filter are not evidence of an oil-free machine. Specify downstream treatment and required air quality, operating hours, base/peak demand, pressure loss and existing system controls. Ask for usable turndown and measured power at the same network conditions; a savings percentage is not a guarantee for the user's load profile.
Agree cooling-air intake/discharge, electrical/protection interfaces, foundation and service/removal clearances, manuals, maintenance/consumable schedule and actual acceptance records. Source one-year warranty and online service wording need commencement/exclusions, commissioning/training and destination responsibilities in the order.
