Haigair's company profile explicitly includes fixed-speed screw air compressors alongside permanent-magnet variable-speed and two-stage families. This existing selection covers a fixed-speed proposal. The reviewed official pages do not supply a model-specific fixed-speed performance table or a matching unambiguous product photograph, so a variable-speed machine's image and rating are not substituted.

Provide required operating pressure at the compressor and point of use, base/peak air demand, operating hours, demand changes and the existing compressor/receiver arrangement. Specify inlet/ambient conditions and a flow reference. Request the offered model's flow at the required pressure, package input and control/load-unload behavior. Compare this with a VSD alternative at the same pressure and air-quality boundary, including low-demand operation and system sequencing rather than motor kW alone.

Agree the gas-path lubrication arrangement, cooling, voltage/phase/frequency, control and protection schedule, installed envelope and maintenance/removal access. Include drying/filtration, receiver and distribution responsibilities in the proposal where needed. The presence of separate oil-free and low-pressure categories in Haigair's portfolio does not establish those features for this fixed-speed offer.

Haigair's compressor-room guidance recommends dry, clean ventilation, normally 1.5 m wall clearance and a 0.75 m restricted-space minimum, with room temperature between 0 and 38°C.
