A useful RFQ states pressure, FAD, kW or site limit, voltage, oil-free class, quantity, destination and Incoterm. Optional: inspection, packing, spare parts, warranty years the plant will actually sign.

    Typically 1–2 working days after a plant confirms it can hold the duty. That is a plant action, not a chatbot.

  2. Can traders use this form?

    Buyers use the English RFQ. Chinese plants onboard on the factory-join page. Trading companies are not onboarded as plants.
