An equipment group serving two different air demands
Hongwuhuan combines compressor manufacture with drilling and excavation equipment. Its company page describes a mechanical production area for compressors and handheld rock-drilling equipment, and a drilling area for rigs, associated parts and pressure vessels.
That range matters when making an enquiry. A stationary factory network needs electrical supply, demand control and air treatment. A diesel drilling-site machine needs a tool pressure/flow match, engine and environment details, outlet arrangement and transport plan.

The manufacturer shows enclosed screw machines and a single-stage model table. The four table records below all use 0.8 MPa, but model names do not equal motor kW.

Keep the pressure with each flow. Ask for flow reference conditions, performance test basis and package input. These catalogue rows do not establish delivery at a different pressure or the performance of another drive variant.
For a shared factory network
Supply pressure at the use point, simultaneous demand, peak duration and daily schedule. Include the electricity supply and ventilation/cooling conditions.
For variable demand
Request the proposed control arrangement and power at the required load cases. If selecting variable speed, confirm minimum stable capacity and the permitted control range.
For process air quality
Agree drying, filtration and receiver scope. Air cooling and a PM motor do not by themselves establish oil-free process air or the quality delivered at a production machine.

Tool, hose and operating duty
State the hammer/tool air requirement, working pressure, hole depth or testing duty, hose arrangement and daily operating schedule. Keep the proposed machine's flow at its required pressure with the offer.
Engine, environment and movement
Confirm the actual engine and destination emissions requirements, ambient/altitude limits and cold-start options. The manufacturer describes an optional fuel-liquid heater; specify whether it is included. Request current dimensions, weight and transport instructions.
Service and package access
The product description identifies service-access doors and heavy-duty fuel filtration. Agree service items, outlet connections, treatment and inspection scope. A four-wheel construction does not establish unrestricted road-towing approval.

Belt-driven H / HW equipment
The family summary spans 7.5–18.5 kW and 0.7–1.25 MPa. Those are family references, not a claim that every model delivers the same capacity across that range.
The two 7.5 kW rows below both list 320 L receivers, yet have different pressure, air delivery and crankshaft speed. Storage volume is separate from pump output.
Specify the allowed run cycle, delivered-flow basis, electrical version, receiver requirements and safe belt-service access for the actual machine.

For a higher-pressure tool, keep the HW10012 row's delivery with its pressure. Do not apply HW10007's flow to the higher-pressure case. The separate W-series oil-free piston route does not establish oil-free construction for H/HW.

Hongwuhuan's technical-centre page describes compressor, drilling and process-technology functions. Zhejiang's science-and-technology platform record also identifies the group as a participant in Quzhou's air-power equipment innovation-service platform established in 2013. That documents technical involvement; it is not certification of a selected model.
Approve the named configuration
Get the current model sheet, motor/control or engine version, pressure/flow pair and operating instructions. Check the exact supplier and brand in the order.
Agree inspection and records
Specify performance checks and required receiver/product documents. Include destination requirements and a list of supplied components and options.
Prepare use and maintenance
Agree shipment and installation responsibilities, service access, consumable/part identifiers and handover documents. Confirm the support arrangements for the destination.

Questions before selecting a Hongwuhuan machine
Is LS30 a 30 kW compressor?
The reviewed model table pairs LS30 with 22 kW at 0.8 MPa and 3.4 m³/min. Use the actual table/model sheet; the model number is not a motor-kW value.
Does the LS title prove the offered model is PM variable speed?
Request the offered motor and control sheet. The reviewed table identifies an induction-motor/fixed-speed construction while the page heading mentions PM variable speed, so the specific version must be named in the quotation.
Is HG700A-18C's 2,200 r/min the compressor speed?
It is listed as the rated diesel-engine speed. Ask for the selected machine's compressor/drive details; do not reuse the engine value as an air-end rating.
Do the two 320 L H/HW models deliver the same air?
No. HW10007 and HW10012 have different pressure/flow pairs. The receiver provides storage; it does not equalise the pumps' delivery.
