A usable RFQ is a duty sheet, not a catalogue request. This platform — CompressorB2B — routes one English sheet to matching plants. The plant remains the seller.

Put these on the form

  1. Working pressure in bar(g)
  2. Required FAD in m³/min (or cfm) at that pressure
  3. Motor kW or the site kW limit
  4. ISO 8573-1 class if oil-free, food or pharma
  5. 50 / 60 Hz and voltage
  6. Quantity, destination, FOB named Chinese port or CIF named port

Optional but useful: dryer, receiver, altitude, ambient, explosion-proof, inspection before loading.

What we do not need

A request for “your full catalogue and best price” is not a duty. It produces brochure PDFs, not comparable quotes.

Shortlist published models on the catalog or name the process. One sheet goes out. Quotes come back against the same bar / FAD / Hz.

After you send

Typical first reply is 1–2 working days after the plant confirms capacity. Inspection, packing and HS 8414 belong in that quote — see FOB Ningbo and HS 8414.

Open the RFQ desk. Work email only.

This note is a specification desk file. Certificates and quotes come from the manufacturing plant. Missing papers stay missing.
