What the plant needs that a brochure never asks
- Bottle volume and cavity count
- Working pressure and recovery pressure
- Oil-free class (see ISO 8573-1 Class 0)
- Booster staging vs a single high-pressure skid
- Cooling water, ambient, voltage / frequency
- FOB Shekou or FOB Shanghai, depending on the works
If cavities and recovery are missing, the kW will be wrong. A 40 bar nameplate is not a 40 bar duty if the line recovers at 25 bar.
Guangdong vs East China
Dongguan and Shenzhen plants (PET / oil-free specialists on this desk) commonly quote FOB Shekou. Shanghai and Jiangsu plants quote FOB Shanghai. Name the port. Packing for a high-pressure skid is not the same crate as a 7 bar screw — say so on the RFQ.
