IHI-Sullair Compression Technology (Suzhou) builds oil-free centrifugal compressors. The official English character list is short on purpose: 100% oil-free air, very low vibration, low noise, compact installation, and a gearbox cover that lets a mechanic inspect bull gear, pinion, shaft seal and bearings without pulling air and water pipe. Component pages name the cooler, bull gear, inlet volute and high-performance impeller as core parts. That is a centrifugal maintenance story. It is not a 22 kW oil-injected screw story, and it is not the Hitachi Sullair screw factory already listed on this desk.
Three series are catalogued. TX is the compact packaged centrifugal. The official English TX page prints 4–9 bar(g) and 150–425 kW shaft power, an exclusive titanium-impeller technique, inlet guide vanes for turndown, constant-pressure load/unload control and a small footprint. TRE (listed with TRA on the source row) is the mid-to-large packaged machine: 2–16 bar(g), 180–1,250 kW, titanium impeller, gearbox integrated with the intercooler, and a horizontal-split gearbox. The f-series is the custom / large frame. Site news names an f53A4 tested in Nanjing and ten f44A3 machines commissioned in Hefei. Those news frames prove the line exists. This desk still quotes the series, not each frame code.
TRX, T2A and T3A sit on the same official product list. TRX publishes 2–15 bar(g) and 710–2,000 kW with stainless or titanium impellers, inlet guide vanes, integrated gearbox and cooler, horizontal-split access and a multi-centralised control system. A 2015 note announces a T2A model; a 2013 note introduces T mini. They stay site families on this listing. A fourth-phase factory, a Jiangsu large centrifugal engineering-technology centre (2020) and a SuXiang cooperation-zone project (2022) appear in Chinese news items. They are works-history notes, not SKUs.
A dedicated lubricant news post exists because even an oil-free air path still has a gearbox. That sentence is why a buyer should not confuse “100% oil-free air” with “no oil on the site.” ISO 8573 class remains a paper the works must attach if the duty is food, pharma or paint. This dossier does not invent Class 0. Tilting-pad journal bearings, shaft-seal vibration probes and diffusers are named as product components; they are parts, not certificates.
Quotes, Incoterms and the packing list come from IHI-Sullair Suzhou. The plant remains the seller.
TX, TRE and f-series do not share a shaft-power band. Send discharge pressure, FAD, cooling water and whether you want the compact TX package or a custom f-frame. TRX, T2A and T mini can be named in remarks because the official nav and news archive print them; they stay off extra SKUs. “100% oil-free” is a character line. ISO class is a paper. Gearbox oil is still on the machine. This is not the Hitachi Sullair screw factory. FOB Shanghai. Suzhou is the witness-test city unless the quotation names a job-site string. 150–425 kW on TX and 180–1,250 kW on TRE are official shaft-power bands, not a single nameplate. f44A3 and f53A4 are news frames inside the f-series. Horizontal-split gearbox access is a maintenance claim on TRE and TRX, not a reason to mix those families on one line.
