Windbell equipment for a workshop, plant or mobile worksite

Zhengzhou Windbell Machinery Co., Ltd. is the English company presentation of 郑州永邦机器有限公司. The Chinese official site uses the WINDBELL brand, and the ComVac Asia organizer's 2019 exhibitor list pairs these two names.

The current company profile dates establishment to 2011 and locates the business in Zhengzhou's High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It describes research, design, production, sales and after-sales activities.

Small workshop · WBS / WBV

Start with the required pressure, then read the 7.5 kW capacity

Manufacturer's WBS-7.5 image. Receiver/dryer arrangements are a separate package selection.

The WBS7.5 standalone table lists a 7.5 kW motor, 890 × 560 × 840 mm, 200 kg and a G¾ outlet. Its published supply is 380 V / 50 Hz or customization by enquiry.

WBS is fixed speed; WBV is variable speed. The manufacturer offers 7.5 kW versions in both routes. Use actual demand variation and operating hours to choose, then agree the selected starter or inverter.

What changes the workshop offer?

The product page describes direct coupling, an IP55 motor, intake/oil filtration, an oil-air separator and separate oil and air coolers with a centrifugal blower. Plan ventilation and access from the selected drawing.

A receiver-mounted machine with dryer and filters has its own components and footprint. State moisture, particles and oil requirements downstream; oil-injected compression and an oil separator do not establish the final air quality at the user.

Specify the complete two-stage and drive version

Windbell describes two-stage compression with interstage cooling, direct coupling, an IP55 motor and touchscreen control. Fixed- and variable-speed arrangements are available.

The detailed table uses shortened WBS labels, while the page also presents a WBV-132II example. Put the complete two-stage/drive designation on the accepted offer.

Compare pressure, test/reference conditions, load profile and package input together; two-stage architecture alone does not guarantee a fixed saving. Agree minimum-load behavior, sequencing, receiver/treatment scope, service clearances and the approved installation drawing.

Define the operating and movement conditions

  • Tools: simultaneous air demand, required user pressure, hose lengths and operating hours.
  • Site: temperature, altitude, dust, cold-start needs and movement between jobs.
  • Engine: exact model/version, fuel and service needs, with actual destination emissions documents.
  • Trailer: final mass, towbar, brakes, lights/marking, handling and transport suitability.
  • Options: aftercooler/water separation, accessories, controller language and any remote-monitoring connectivity/access requirements.

The website describes engine/emissions alternatives and a road-type trailer. Confirm the offered configuration and its documents for the destination rather than treating those family descriptions as approval.

Approve the equipment definition as well as the brand artwork

OEM route

  1. Agree equipment configuration and color.
  2. Provide logo/label artwork; approve size, position and marking.
  3. Confirm assembly, test and inspection/acceptance requirements.

ODM adds engineering decisions

Windbell's process adds appearance and mechanical drawings, structure, intake/discharge, cooling, drive and controller confirmation before production.

Agree change control and final drawings. A branding preview does not approve the duty point, utility layout or conformity scope.

Windbell configuration questions

Does a WBS7.5 table cover the receiver-and-dryer package?

The listed 890 × 560 × 840 mm and 200 kg refer to the standalone entry. Obtain the integrated package's own dimensions, equipment list and utility requirements.

Why specify a full model name for WBS II?

The page's detailed table shortens labels to WBS while presenting WBS II and WBV-132II. Identify the complete two-stage and fixed/variable-speed version on the quotation.

Are hose rollers included with every 185 cfm compressor?

The published choices differ: Pro adds one roller; Pro Max adds two, a spare tire and tool storage. Specify the package and agreed accessories.

Does road-type mean approved for my country's roads?

Obtain the selected trailer's destination documents, marking and transport requirements. The catalog description or photo is not approval for every country.

What should be signed off for an OEM order?

Technical configuration and performance/inspection scope, accepted engineering drawings and utilities, plus artwork, marking and placement. Keep these distinct so an artwork approval cannot substitute for an equipment approval.

DutyWrite on the RFQ
22 kW VSD screw compressor 22 kW VSD is a flow band, not a single nameplate FAD. The plant needs min/max flow at the working pressure, or it will quote a fixed-speed machine with an inverter sticker.
Compressor for mining Site air at altitude is not a 7 bar catalogue FAD. Diesel vs electric, hose length and ambient change the machine.
13 bar rotary screw compressor 13 bar(g) is a laser and textile pressure, not a general 8 bar plant. Write FAD at 13 bar and the kW the site can feed.
50 Hz 380 V screw compressor Chinese plants build 50 Hz 380 V packages every day. They cannot retag a 60 Hz 460 V nameplate in the quotation without a motor change. Write the supply first.
