Turbo-Tech's existing reciprocating-air catalog page describes customized reciprocating packages with reference to ISO 13631 and API 618. The text states automatic control and a design objective of 8,000 operating hours per year, with options for challenging ambient and process conditions. These are manufacturer design statements; agree actual continuous-duty operation, maintenance requirements, unattended-operation conditions, standard editions and deviations in the order.
The accompanying technical image describes suction pressure above 0.07 MPa, discharge below 70 MPa and power up to 7,350 kW as broad portfolio limits. It does not specify absolute versus gauge pressure for those figures or identify one offered machine. Do not combine those ceilings into a guaranteed air duty. The image lists motor, diesel or natural-gas-engine drives and air- or water-cooling, as well as gas injection/collection, storage, gas boosting, gas transport, LNG/CNG and natural-gas treatment applications. Confirm the actual medium because the air-compressor page title is narrower than its technical content.
A separate frame-series chart contains cylinder MAWP values, speeds, throw counts and power alternatives. Those cylinder design limits are not package discharge guarantees, and the chart does not by itself establish that every frame is manufactured by Turbo-Tech. Ask for the actual frame/cylinder maker and combination, lubrication and packing design, pulsation and vibration scope, driver/site derating, cooling, materials, gas leakage and controls. Obtain tested performance at the agreed gas composition, inlet state and discharge, plus foundation loads, lifting and maintenance drawings.
