Fine Air’s DET1550-50L is a receiver-mounted oil-free piston package shown as a vertical wheeled unit. The manufacturer lists a 1.5 kW power rating, 1410 rpm speed and 200 L/min air displacement. Its table gives an 8 bar maximum pressure, a 13.2 US-gallon tank, 45 kg net weight and a 40 × 40 × 85 cm outline in L × W × H order.

Air displacement is not delivered flow at the tool’s working pressure. Give the factory the required pressure and pressure-specific air consumption, supply voltage and frequency, ambient conditions and the expected run/rest pattern. Request the offered model’s delivered-air data, cut-in/cut-out settings and permitted duty cycle. Motor power, maximum pressure and receiver size do not independently establish how much usable air reaches a continuously operating tool.

For intermittent tool use, the receiver can buffer short bursts while the pump restores pressure. Match cycle demand and recovery time to the actual task, allowing for regulation, hose and treatment losses. Agree receiver drainage, intake-filter access, cooling clearances, moving instructions and the relevant electrical protection on the delivered unit’s installation sheet.

The oil-free design does not remove humidity or every particle from intake air. Identify the dryer, filtration and downstream piping needed for the task and define quality at the point of use.
