Small oil-free piston packages and pump heads for different installation needs
Wenling Fine Air Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. designs and produces air compressors, air pumps, vacuum pumps and air tools. Its current company presentation uses the DAERTUO brand and identifies a Zeguo, Wenling location.
The selection begins with the equipment boundary: a complete receiver unit, a compact corded electric machine, or a bare pump built into another system. The published applications include pneumatic tools, painting, nailing and inflation; match each task to actual pressure, delivered air and run time.
Receiver-mounted unit
A vertical wheeled package adds storage and pressure regulation. Check recovery time, connected demand and floor space.
DET1550-50L reference →Compact electric package
A small tank and carry frame suit a different handling requirement. Confirm electrical supply and the operating cycle.
DET550-5L reference →Standalone pump head
An SW pump requires mounting, cooling, switching and protection inside the buyer’s equipment design.

Use the tank as a demand buffer, then check delivered air

Published equipment figures
Displacement is not pressure-specific FAD. Send the tool’s consumption and working pressure, with the run/rest pattern, to obtain usable delivered-air data and permitted duty cycle.
Include cooling clearances, drain access, moving instructions and treatment pressure losses in the installation brief.

Choose a compact unit around power access and short demand cycles

DET550-5L reference
The drive is corded electric. Agree voltage, frequency, plug/wiring and available supply. A carry frame indicates handling arrangement; it does not provide an off-grid power source.
Give tool pressure, consumption, operating duration and recovery time. Ask for delivered flow at that pressure and the permitted run/rest cycle.

A pressure-and-frequency table for equipment integration

Technical-table rating · 760 W
The table lists 8 bar maximum pressure, 11 kg net weight and a 271 × 128 × 215 mm outline. Use the technical-table power rather than inferring it from the model number.
| Supply | At 7 bar | At 0 bar |
|---|---|---|
| 50 Hz | 70 L/min | 120 L/min |
| 60 Hz | 77 L/min | 128 L/min |
Zero-pressure flow is a different operating point. Use the 7 bar figures for a 7 bar comparison and agree the test/reference conditions for the actual integration.
Mechanical integration
Define mounting, vibration isolation, cooling airflow, intake filtration and outlet connection. Reserve access for filters, valves and replacement parts.
Controls and receiver boundary
Agree pressure switching, electrical protection, receiver, relief equipment, gauges, drains and wiring with the equipment designer. A pump head is not a complete installed compressed-air system.
Air available to the user
Three distinctions that prevent an undersized purchase
Pressure and flow travel together
A maximum pressure or a displacement figure alone does not establish air delivered to a running tool. Specify its consumption at working pressure, plus losses through hoses, regulators and treatment.
Storage and duty cycle do different jobs
A receiver buffers demand. Compressor recovery and permitted run/rest time determine how often that demand can be repeated. Describe brief bursts and sustained loads separately.
Oil-free is not a complete quality class
Moisture and particles can enter with intake air, and condensation can accumulate downstream. Define filtration, drying and point-of-use quality for the actual task.
Prepare a usable Fine Air enquiry
Name the configuration and the operating cycle
- Configuration: receiver-mounted package, compact electric unit or standalone pump; full model designation and current offered version.
- Duty: working pressure, delivered-air requirement, tool/process consumption, run/rest time and ambient conditions.
- Installation: voltage/frequency, connection, cooling space, hoses/treatment, drain access and moving constraints.
- OEM and acceptance: sample, labels, drawings, model-specific documents, agreed test point and routine spare parts.
Older AT/SW catalog descriptions and current DET packages have distinct model references. Keep the quote, sample and performance sheet tied to the same configuration.
Send a Fine Air duty and configuration →Fine Air selection questions
Is the portable package diesel driven?
The DET550-5L selection is corded electric. Agree voltage, frequency and available supply, along with its handling requirements.
Can I use 200 L/min as the DET1550 flow at 8 bar?
The table labels 200 L/min as displacement and 8 bar as maximum pressure. Request delivered flow at the required working pressure and permitted duty cycle before sizing the task.
Why does SW750 show two flow values at each frequency?
The values refer to 7 bar and 0 bar. At 50 Hz they are 70 and 120 L/min; at 60 Hz they are 77 and 128 L/min. Match both pressure and frequency in the comparison.
What is required when ordering only a pump head?
Define mounting, cooling, supply, switching and protection, plus the receiver, relief equipment, treatment and drains where applicable. Agree an integration drawing and performance point with the equipment designer.
