Lianhe's instrument/air-separation solution page describes motor-driven reciprocating equipment for instrument-air, PSA/membrane feed and air/nitrogen/oxygen booster duties. A feed-air compressor and a booster handling a generator's output have different composition, purity, suction and treatment requirements. This compressor selection is not a nitrogen or oxygen generator.

The named nitrogen example DW-1.0/5-13 gives 1.0 m³/min, 0.5 MPa inlet and 1.3 MPa discharge; its header does not fully define the volume reference. The broader special-gas table separately lists VWF-2.86/5-16 for nitrogen at 895 Nm³/h, 0.5 MPa inlet, 1.6 MPa discharge, 55 kW and 740 rpm, air cooling, 3200 × 2200 × 1750 mm and approximately 3500 kg. It is a different model with a different capacity unit; the motor/envelope must not be assigned to DW-1.0.

The special-gas description offers oil-free or oil-lubricated compression by requirement and air/water/mixed cooling and several package forms. Specify the actual lubrication arrangement and acceptable contamination for the chosen nitrogen or instrument-air service. The non-lubricated natural-gas wording is not proof that every special-gas machine shares that arrangement. Broad gas lists are not model-specific compatibility certification.

For feed air, define filtration, drying and required air quality at the generator/instrument interface. For nitrogen boosting, give generator outlet composition/purity, suction temperature/pressure, available base/peak flow and required storage/process delivery pressure. Agree reference volume, pressure convention, seals/materials, cooling, controls, vents and acceptance purity/carryover limits.

Request actual performance, package input, P&ID and installation/electrical interfaces, protective/interlock schedules, maintenance clearances, manuals, wear parts and factory/acceptance test plan. Confirm qualified commissioning, training, warranty start/exclusions and destination support. The original paired photographs show the manufacturer's nitrogen-page example rather than a generic air-separation plant.
