Bolaite · 博莱特
Bolaite is a compressor brand in the Atlas Copco Group. The group's brand history records its founding in 1999 and entry into the group in 2006, with headquarters in Shanghai. Its Chinese company material identifies 博莱特(上海)压缩机有限公司.
The range combines industrial screw and oil-free compressors with downstream air treatment. Group ownership helps identify the business; select the actual Bolaite model and offered configuration on their own specifications.
Development, assembly and performance work
The manufacturer describes a performance laboratory covering 4–355 kW, including flow, power input, vibration, noise and oil-content work. Its assembly descriptions include suspended handling and controlled tools. Agree what inspection and performance records accompany your selected order.

Industrial oil-injected screw
Two-stage compression and dual drive are different choices
BLT II · two-stage screw
Choose the fixed-speed or variable-speed selection against your base load and changing demand. The series uses two-stage compression; a family envelope still needs an exact model-pressure pairing.
| Selection | Power | Flow |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed speed | 200–355 kW | 41.0–72.0 m³/min |
| Variable speed | 200–355 kW | 12.3–70.0 m³/min |
Both summaries list 0.7–1.05 MPa. The bands do not establish every pressure-flow combination, reference condition or package input.
BLT II selection requirements →
BLT S · dual-drive PM variable speed
The current description has two compression/drive assemblies, two air filters and two intake valves. Ask how the offered control coordinates them across low, normal and peak demand.
- Family power
- 200–250 kW
- Pressure band
- 0.7–1.05 MPa
- Family FAD
- 7.4–54.3 m³/min
IE5 and IP66 describe the published oil-cooled PM motors. Compare complete-package input at the same duty; motor descriptions alone do not establish package savings or the protection of every enclosure component.

Water-lubricated screw or scroll?
BLW · water-lubricated screw
BLW is a water-lubricated oil-free screw design. Its water circuit is part of the selection and maintenance discussion; do not specify it as a dry-running screw machine.
- Family power
- 7.5–250 kW
- Pressure band
- 0.5–1.0 MPa
- Family flow
- 0.5–42.6 m³/min
Ask about the water circuit
Water quality, replenishment, treatment, drainage, consumables and shutdown requirements. Confirm which components and utilities are included for the exact offered model.
BLW water-system and process-air scope →
SPR · oil-free scroll
- Family power
- 1.5–22 kW
- Pressure band
- 0.8–1.0 MPa
- Family flow
- 6.8–147 m³/h
Flow is per hour. Confirm the exact model's delivery and duty/control strategy. A built-in dryer is an option; identify whether the offer includes it and its operating/dew-point conditions.
SPR model and dryer selection →Build the enquiry around the operating cases
- Demand & pressure
- Minimum, normal and peak demand, operating hours, delivery basis and pressure required after treatment/distribution losses.
- Site & process
- Supply voltage/frequency, ambient, cooling, ventilation, space and service access. Add point-of-use quality and the BLW water requirements where applicable.
- Offer & acceptance
- Exact model/revision, duty table and package input, included treatment/receiver, controls, drawings and agreed acceptance measurements.
- Handover & service
- Commissioning, manuals, consumables and spare parts; a named overseas service arrangement and response terms for the delivery destination.
Questions that change a Bolaite selection
Does dual drive mean two-stage compression?
No. The current BLT S page describes a dual-drive arrangement. BLT II is the two-stage compression route. Compare the actual compression arrangement, model and controls in each offer.
Can I compare SPR flow directly with BLW flow?
SPR's published family flow is in m³/h; BLW is stated in m³/min. Align units, pressure and delivery reference conditions before comparing an exact selected duty. Family range endpoints still do not define one model.
Is a dryer included with every oil-free machine?
SPR describes a built-in dryer option. Identify the offered dryer, filters and receiver, required dew point and operating conditions. Oil-free construction is separate from moisture and particle requirements.
What should accompany an overseas quotation?
The selected model and duty, full supply boundary, installation and acceptance documents, commissioning responsibility and a destination-specific service/spares plan. Define these alongside the price and delivery terms.
