BLT II is Bolaite's two-stage oil-injected screw route. It should be selected by the required pressure, delivery, operating profile and complete package, rather than by the broad family power band alone.
The current official fixed-speed family summary lists 200–355 kW, 0.7–1.05 MPa and 41.0–72.0 m³/min. Its separate variable-speed summary lists 200–355 kW and 0.7–1.05 MPa, with 12.3–70.0 m³/min. These are separate family envelopes. They do not identify every model-pressure pairing and must not be combined into a fictitious unit with the highest flow, lowest power and highest pressure.
Request a current model selection showing delivery and complete-package input at the same pressure, inlet/reference conditions and selected cooling arrangement. For variable-speed equipment, obtain minimum usable delivery, control range and input over the actual demand profile. For a steady base load, compare the fixed-speed selection on the same duty and measurement boundary.
Include supply voltage/frequency, available cooling, ambient, receiver and treatment scope, pressure losses, installation access and operating hours. Agree the model-specific layout, maintenance access, commissioning, acceptance measurements and service/spares responsibilities. Two-stage compression is distinct from the BLT S dual-drive configuration.
