Fusheng began in Taiwan in 1953 as an air-compressor repair business. Its company history dates the Shanghai Songjiang factory milestone to 1996. The mainland entity is 复盛实业（上海）有限公司. The group directory separately identifies its Taipei headquarters, Shanghai sales office and Zhongshan operation.

The SA and SWT ranges belong to the mainland Fusheng catalog. Ask the actual seller to identify the legal entity, assembly site and order-specific test responsibility.
FS-Elliott
A distinct group brand and manufacturing network. Its own locations page describes a Shanghai plant commissioned in 2005 and airend manufacture/testing at the Pennsylvania headquarters.
Airend manufacture, package assembly and final acceptance are separate steps. Record each in the quotation; a group logo or sales-office location alone does not establish the complete package's origin.

Choose a pressure-matched model for the shift demand
These are bounds across the family, not one simultaneous duty point. Select the exact model, pressure row and capacity reference.
The introduction describes oil separation/filtration, cooling layout, service space and controls with diagnostics. Compare total package input and control behaviour over normal, peak and low-load operation. Determine which dryer, filters and receiver are included.

Define the air-quality boundary as well as the compressor
Family bounds require a selected-model pressure/flow pairing. Agree cooler withdrawal space and the actual cooling arrangement.
The manufacturer describes compression without lubricating oil, gear drive and shaft sealing. Its product page states ISO8573-1 Class 0; obtain the offered model's certificate, test conditions and scope when this is a process requirement.
Specify pressure dew point and particles separately, then receiver, dryer, filters and distribution acceptance. Oil-free compression does not establish dry or sterile air at the point of use.

Match central-air demand to the selected configuration
Current P300 selection bounds, not a guaranteed simultaneous endpoint. The wider Polaris portfolio's 17.2 barg ceiling is not the P300 page's model limit.
Request performance at the actual inlet, altitude and cooling-water conditions, total input and the stable control/turndown range. Define sequencing with existing compressors and minimum shift demand before selecting a central-air package.

Space, lifting and service
The current brochure lists approximate P300 dimensions of 2910 × 2568 × 1832 mm and weight of 4550 kg. It notes variation with motor rating and type.
Use the selected package's general arrangement, foundation/lifting information and service clearances. Starter and acoustic-enclosure options should be named and shown on the order-specific drawing.
Cooling, controls and lubrication
The model page identifies straight-through intercooler tubes, an auxiliary oil pump and R1000 controls. Agree cooling-water design conditions, tube-cleaning access, control settings and maintenance responsibilities.
The lubricated mechanical systems and oil-free compression air path are different boundaries. Include downstream drying and point-of-use air-quality acceptance in the air-station design.

Agree what gets tested and what gets delivered
Fusheng's mainland quality page describes first-piece checks, intermediate inspections and finished-product inspection before stock entry. It describes a quality system formulated around ISO9001. Make that process traceable to the actual order with agreed records and acceptance conditions.

Questions that change the selection
Can I use the SA family maximum flow at its maximum pressure?
The catalog publishes bounds across models, not a combined operating point. Ask for the exact model's pressure-matched flow and capacity reference; the SA110 picture does not establish that model's duty.
Is SWT Class 0 a complete dry-air specification?
The product page's statement concerns oil quality. Obtain the exact offered model's certificate and scope where required, and specify pressure dew point, particles, treatment and downstream acceptance separately.
Is every FS-Elliott package manufactured entirely in Shanghai?
FS-Elliott lists a Shanghai manufacturing plant and airend manufacture/testing at its Pennsylvania headquarters. Record airend origin, package assembly and final test responsibility for the actual offer.
Why does the P300 range stop at 10.5 barg here?
That is the upper bound on the current P300 model page. The brochure's wider Polaris portfolio statement reaches 17.2 barg, which must not be applied to every model. Request the selected configuration at your duty.
Can I design the foundation from the brochure dimensions?
The dimensions and weight are approximate and vary with motor rating/type. Use the selected package's approved general arrangement, lifting/foundation requirements, starter/enclosure scope and maintenance clearances.
