Haomi Power · select the package around the actual gas stream
Haomi Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (好米动力设备有限公司) designs, develops and manufactures process-gas single-screw compressors and systems. A September 2023 report on Shanghai's financial affairs portal identifies the company as established in Shanghai in 2015. The wider Haomi Industrial business's 2009 history is a separate milestone.
The manufacturer calls its process-gas package platform HMOG. Its range includes natural gas, crude propylene, carbon dioxide, steam, associated and flare gas, and other process applications. Select materials, seals and operating conditions for the actual composition; an application list does not establish universal compatibility.

Agree absolute/gauge pressure basis, inlet/interstage/discharge values and per-stage ratios in the current proposal. The source pressure/ratio notation is not used here as a guaranteed selection point.

Define the water circuit and the gas delivered downstream
Water and materials
These process references identify demineralized water as the cooling/lubricating medium. Agree water quality, supply, recirculation, treatment and disposal. Review gas composition, liquids and contaminants against the actual materials and seals.
Request the P&ID: which water circuit, separators, coolers, instruments and controls are included, and which connections are supplied by the process plant?
Gas quality and protection
Specify residual moisture, contaminants and pressure at the downstream user. Water lubrication or an oil-free description alone does not establish dry gas or a process-purity certificate.
For CCUS, provide captured-stream composition and downstream transport/storage pressure and quality requirements. Agree capacity control, protective functions, gas detection, hazardous-area electrical requirements and shutdown interfaces.

The steam page lists 7200 m³/h, 0.06 → 0.65 MPa(g), 113.6 → 168°C and 1120 kW motor power, with high-temperature demineralized water.
These are steam-specific entries. Do not transfer its gauge pressures, temperatures or motor-power definition to the natural-gas, CO2 or crude-propylene records.

- Actual composition, impurities and liquid content; required downstream quality; materials/seal and hazardous-area requirements.
- Operating envelope
- Minimum/normal/maximum suction pressure and temperature; discharge requirement and pressure basis; flow with its reference conditions, hours and load variation.
- Package and utilities
- Electrical supply, water specification/availability and water circuit, gas separation, capacity control, instruments and shutdown integration. Identify customer-supplied interfaces.
- Acceptance and support
- Current model/revision and selected-duty guarantee, package input, P&ID and layout, inspection/test conditions, serial traceability, spares and startup/service responsibilities.
Haomi process-package questions
Does 0.03 MPa(A) mean positive gauge pressure?
It is an absolute-pressure entry. Keep absolute and gauge conditions explicit when specifying suction, interstage and discharge pressure.
Can I compare the natural-gas and propylene flow numbers directly?
The source uses Nm³/h for natural gas and m³/h for crude propylene. Obtain reference temperature/pressure, composition and operating conditions before comparing.
Does demineralized-water lubrication guarantee a dry CO2 stream?
Specify downstream moisture and contaminants and agree separation/treatment and testing. The liquid description alone is not a dry-gas or purity guarantee.
Is 500 kW × 2 the electrical consumption of the whole CO2 package?
The source calls it shaft power. Obtain stage/drive definitions, motor ratings and total-package input at the actual duty, including auxiliaries.
