Haomi's crude-propylene record describes a process-gas single-screw compressor using demineralized water for cooling/lubrication. The listed gas components include propylene, hydrogen, ethylene, ethane, propane and nitrogen. Provide actual composition and variability; do not select from the word propylene alone.
The operating reference lists 1452 m³/h, inlet 0.03 MPa(A) and outlet 0.6 MPa(A), inlet/outlet temperatures 40°C/70°C and 110 kW shaft power. MPa(A) is absolute pressure; the 0.03 MPa(A) suction condition is not 0.03 MPa gauge. The flow's reference conditions need agreement before it is compared with a normal-volume rate.
