Libang's boxed nitrogen range uses oil-free gas-side reciprocating compression. The manufacturer describes self-lubricating guide rings, piston rings and rod packing; the bearing lubrication is kept apart from the compressed gas. Depending on the duty, it offers single- or multistage compression, different cylinder arrangements and air or water cooling. The nitrogen description gives a family suction envelope of 0–1 MPa(G) and discharge up to 10 MPa(G), while the actual reviewed model table contains specific lower-pressure duty points.

The original nitrogen table labels volume as Nm³/h. WWZTD-20/6-25 is listed at 20 Nm³/h, 0.6 MPa inlet, 2.5 MPa outlet and 4.0 kW. VWZTD-20/6-30 retains 20 Nm³/h and 0.6 MPa inlet at 3.0 MPa outlet with 4.0 kW. VWZTD-20/6-40 gives the same volume and inlet at 4.0 MPa outlet with 5.5 kW. These are separate named configurations, not a pressure curve for one fixed machine. Obtain the normal-volume temperature/pressure basis and selected model's allowable inlet conditions.

The controller description includes protective shutdown for high discharge temperature, low inlet pressure and high discharge pressure; remote display/control is configurable to customer requirements. A useful enquiry gives nitrogen purity and impurities, generator or upstream supply pressure across operation, required normal flow and downstream pressure, cooling and electrical utilities, hours and control integration. Agree process-quality limits and model-specific acceptance documents rather than applying a broad catalog maximum to every nitrogen application.
