Enric's modular CNG station brings together four separate duties: compression, pretreatment, storage and dispensing/filling. The original compressor-module image shows packaged gas equipment. The published compressor-module range is 300–6,700 Nm³/h across configurations; it is not an exact operating point for a selected unit. Agree gas composition, inlet pressure/temperature, delivery pressure, normal-volume reference conditions and the required operating schedule.
The compressor module is described with an explosion-protected motor, cooling, safety valves, gas piping, lubrication, drains, instruments and controls. Pretreatment adds filtration, pressure stabilization, metering and drying, with an emergency shutoff valve, pipeline filter, flow meter, buffer vessel and dryer. Specify inlet contaminants/moisture and required outlet gas quality, pressure losses and the actual equipment list.
Storage uses a priority panel and cascade cylinders. The dispensing or filling-post interface must match the users, filling schedule, connectors, metering and destination requirements. Compressor normal volume, dispenser volume and mass-flow entries cannot be directly compared without agreed reference conditions and gas composition. Agree the storage and filling calculation separately.
Request the selected performance sheet, process flow/P&ID, module responsibility matrix, safety/control cause-and-effect, electrical and pressure-equipment documents, and shop/site acceptance scope. Include installation, commissioning, training, manuals, spares and destination support in the order.
