Haomi HMOG natural-gas single-screw process compressor reference from Haomi Power (Shanghai Minhang)
Haomi's natural-gas page is part of its HMOG process-gas single-screw package range. It lists a gas mixture description including helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, methane and other hydrocarbons plus hydrogen sulfide. Obtain actual concentrations and contaminants for the offered duty; a list of possible components is not blanket compatibility with every sour or hydrogen-rich stream.
The published operating reference is 1940 Nm³/h, suction 0.12 MPa(A) and discharge 1.7 MPa(A), with inlet/outlet temperature 40°C/40°C and 400 kW shaft power. Cooling/lubricating medium is demineralized water. MPa(A) means absolute pressure. Preserve Nm³/h and agree its normal reference temperature/pressure before comparison with an actual-volume or other delivery basis.
These are one published process reference, not a motor-size catalogue or an operating envelope guaranteed across changing suction conditions. Shaft power is distinct from motor nameplate and total-package electrical input. Request current performance and capacity-control behavior at minimum, normal and maximum gas supply conditions.
Review wet/sour gas compatibility, materials, seals, water chemistry, separation and the downstream moisture/purity requirement. Confirm inlet liquid management, gas detection/area requirements, protective functions and control integration for the actual installation.
The original corresponding photograph shows a compressor package in a workshop. It does not identify a serial-numbered offered configuration or establish that all photographed accessories are included. Agree the exact compressor, drive, water circuit, separators, instruments and electrical/control supply on the P&ID and quotation.
An RFQ should include composition and impurities, suction pressure/temperature variation, discharge requirement, flow basis, hours/duty, electrical supply and water availability. Request model identification, guaranteed selected-duty points, package input, drawings, test conditions, parts and commissioning/service responsibilities.
