GW-10D is Guangwo's air-cooled scroll cabinet with an integrated drive. The actual specification lists dedicated scroll-compressor oil and a 5 L lubricant charge; it is a lubricated scroll compressor, despite the site's separate oil-free catalogue category. The original complete product image is labelled GW-10D.
Preserve the paired duty points: 1.05 m³/min at 0.8 MPa and 0.95 m³/min at 1.0 MPa. These are not a guarantee of 1.05 m³/min at the higher pressure. Obtain the flow test/reference conditions, operating curve and package input for the selected point and demand cycle. The actual main-motor power cell contains 7.5 and an unexplained 6 together under kW. A confirmed motor rating is deliberately not inferred; request the current nameplate and electrical schedule.
The published installation figures are 880 × 600 × 895 mm, 185 kg, maximum inlet-air temperature 40°C and three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz supply. The source describes direct starting and lists a separate fan motor at 150 W. Published cabinet size does not include ventilation, oil-service and airend-removal space. Agree inlet/outlet location, heat rejection, protection, start current and access using the actual drawing. Another voltage/frequency requires an explicit supplied configuration.
The manufacturer prints residual-oil and noise figures without a complete test basis, so neither is used as a guaranteed process-air or room-noise limit here. Define downstream oil, water and particle targets, receiver, dryer, filters and drains at the actual sampling point. Air contacting a product, instrument or sensitive process needs application-specific treatment and acceptance, not an assumption from the scroll mechanism.
The support listing separates standard-pressure and medium-pressure manuals.
