GW-15DHY16 is Guangwo's medium-pressure lubricated scroll package. Its table gives 1.0 m³/min at 1.6 MPa, a 420 L receiver and an Rc3/4 interface. The original complete product image shows the compressor, receiver and refrigerated-dryer section, with a readable GW-15DHY cabinet marking. The exact 16 pressure designation comes from the official product page and table, not from an assumed photographic label.

The specification lists dedicated scroll-compressor lubricant and a 4.5 L charge. A stated low residual-oil figure does not establish an oil-free compression mechanism or a complete destination air-quality class. Agree oil, moisture and particle targets, actual filter grades, sampling point and acceptance tests. For laser or other sensitive use, confirm the process equipment's pressure and purity requirement before relying on the manufacturer's broad application list.

The source gives air cooling, integrated drive, maximum inlet-air temperature 40°C and three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz main supply. Installation size is 1700 × 720 × 1550 mm and net mass 450 kg. The main motor cell prints 11 followed by an unexplained 6 under kW; the separate refrigerated-dryer cell prints 0.74 under a W heading alongside 220 V and 4.2 A. These ambiguities require a current electrical schedule and component nameplates; no silent unit correction or guessed package-input rating is published.

At the same listed 1.6 MPa, the separate GW-30DH16 page gives 2.0 m³/min, 1000 × 640 × 1110 mm, 360 kg, Rc3/4 and 8 L lubricant. That page does not specify this 420 L receiver/dryer assembly. It is a comparison of a different supply boundary, not a claim that the same integrated package simply doubles output.

Specify the point-of-use pressure, cycle, sustained/peak demand, pressure losses and complete flow reference. Confirm receiver design/working pressure, safety valve and vessel documentation for the destination. Obtain dryer performance at 1.6 MPa and actual inlet temperature/flow, pressure dew point, condensate handling and filter arrangements. The compressor, vessel and dryer need distinct inspection and maintenance obligations.

Use the current package drawing for electrical connections, ventilation, drains, compressor/oil service, dryer access, handling and floor loading. Obtain a model-covered medium-pressure instruction manual, principle and electrical drawings, oil/filters/scroll parts, dryer/vessel service schedule, test records and commissioning scope. Agree warranty, destination support and spares in the order. Cabinet dimensions and receiver volume alone do not establish uninterrupted supply or process-air compliance.
