Desran Compressor (Shanghai) dates its establishment to 2005 and identifies a manufacturing base in Shanghai's Jiading district. Its catalog separates oil-injected, two-stage, dry oil-free, water-lubricated, scroll and piston equipment, with additional application-specific selections for duties such as laser cutting and PET bottle blowing.

DSPM-100A versus DSTPM-100A
At the same 75 kW, compare capacity and handling load together
The DSPM and DSTPM tables both use 8, 10 and 13 bar pressure points. Reading those matching columns gives a useful comparison without mixing family maxima or dry-compression ratings.
DSTPM divides compression into two stages and uses oil-mist cooling between stages. Variable-speed control addresses demand variation; the architecture does not establish a fixed energy saving at every plant.

Capacity is not input power
Obtain the delivery reference/test conditions and complete-package input for the chosen point before estimating operating cost. A 75 kW motor label does not establish input at every load.
Similar footprint, different mass
The listed dimensions are close, but the handling loads differ. Approve lifting, access, foundation and final package mass from the order drawing. Allow additional ventilation and service space.

Include receiver storage, dryer duty and filtration when requesting a complete system. An oil-injected compressor and its separator do not define the final moisture, particle and oil limits at the air user.

Keep the dry-compression table and the process specification together
The DSPMW-75A entry gives a 75 kW motor, 2,150 × 1,370 × 1,910 mm, 2,290 kg and DN50. Its pressure columns differ from the oil-injected ranges.

What the process owner needs to specify
- Air-user limits: oil, moisture and particles, including where they are measured.
- Treatment: required dew point, filtration and downstream materials compatible with the process.
- Conditions: intake and ambient conditions, altitude, supply, cooling and drainage.
- Acceptance: evidence covering the offered model and conditions, with agreed performance and air-quality records.
The dry-design description discusses rotor coating and shaft sealing. Dry oil-free compression alone does not establish sterile air, breathing-air suitability or the air quality of the entire installation. Do not substitute a water-lubricated or scroll duty for this dry-range table.

Questions that prevent a mismatched Desran quotation
Can I copy the 75 kW capacity across these three ranges?
DSPM-100A, DSTPM-100A and DSPMW-75A have different pressure/capacity pairs. The dry table also uses 7.5 and 8.5 bar points rather than 8 and 13 bar. Keep the full model and pressure attached to each figure.
Does the 2021 energy catalog cover my current order?
It records DSTPM-100A under the named company for that period. Obtain current test evidence for the actual offered configuration and agreed conditions.
Why mention the DSPM-50A+ marking in the photograph?
The parameter table says DSPM-50A. Confirm the exact model and revision on the quotation and approved drawing so a gallery image cannot silently change the equipment definition.
Does dry oil-free mean the process needs no dryer?
Define moisture, particle and oil limits at the air user. Drying, filtration and downstream materials are separate system decisions, with acceptance conditions agreed for the process.
Is the catalog footprint enough to approve the compressor room?
Request the installation drawing with cooling, ventilation, lifting and service requirements. The 75 kW single- and two-stage entries have similar cabinet dimensions but different listed masses.
